They were on their way back from school, and the City Council had organized a nearby investigation.
"OMG! It has been raining for 4 days straight! I am! Not! Fish!" Misy said.
Three girls taking a walk, Misy, An and Juniper.
Now that school is over, they are preparing to go back to class and pack their bags.
"Wait! Look there!" An said. "Look at the woods!" They looked inside the woods. "What? I don't see anything."
Misy squinted her eyes "No look harder! Do you see the patches of grass growing around that big oak tree?" Sure enough, there were patches of grass growing around the oak tree. This area rained down heavily, therefore, most of the grass was washed down.
But the grass just sat there, just like nothing had happened. "This isn't normal. Should we report it to the City Council?" Asked Juniper, concerned. "This is probably not something we should be worrying about. After all, they wouldn't believe us anyway." Said Misy. "Alright well my home is just around the corner, and the rain is pouring harder now. You should also try to get back home before you get drenched. Bye." Said An. "I guess I should also get going by now." Said Juniper.
