The man walked down the Japanese-style corridor without a care for how much he stood out. Dressed in a formal shirt and trousers paired with a trench coat, Killian's appearance was strikingly out of place against the traditional background. His towering height did little to hide his presence.
Even so, Killian seemed unfazed by several staff members who were observing him. Overall, the household consisted of a housekeeper, three maids, a gardener, and a house guard who was the husband of the housekeeper. Additionally, there was a driver but he was currently in the capital with Creighton and Jane, as well as the little boy who was seen with Hestia earlier.
Killian had been to this residence before, but back then, he had only waited for James outside. He had come to pick up his boss due to an urgent work matter abroad that needed his immediate attention.
