Emily parked her car outside a storage facility at night, she left work really late by that time.
She held her mother's journal very tight, her heart was racing as she read the address written in one of the entries again.
"This has to be the place," she muttered to herself, moving out of the car and locking the door.
Inside, everything smelled of dust and old metals. The clerk at the front desk looked up as she came in.
"Can I help you?" the man asked, his tone was not interested.
"Yes, I'm looking for unit 17. It should be under the name Margaret Hart." Emily said, trying to sound much confident.
The man typed very lazily into the computer in front of him.
"Unit 17. Down the hall, third door on the left." He said after some time.
"Thanks," Emily said, heading to the direction he told her.
