**Pumpkin Fort** (full name: *Romantic Fort Pumpkin Cannon*) is a Teigu weapon that increases its power depending on the crisis the user faces. The weapon's mystery lies in the ability to lift its own restrictions, greatly amplifying its strength in the process.
In the anime, the weapon originally belonged to the big sister head, later being given to Ma Yin. During the final battle, the weapon was destroyed, and Ma Yin died as a result. However, in the world of comics, although the Pumpkin Fort was destroyed, Ma Yin didn't actually die—she only temporarily became a vegetable before eventually coming back to life.
After all, Ma Yin was a cute loli with two ponytails, and it would be a shame for her to just die like that, right?
But now, everyone's attention is on this particular Teigu! Even though the hilichurl camp had been abandoned, this weapon, which didn't appear to be particularly large, managed to destroy an entire camp from over a kilometer away.
Is this even a gun? Seriously, are we sure? We've seen Rosalia of the cathedral using a gun, but her weapon isn't nearly as outrageous as this one!
The lady remembers that only the Rock God of Liyue, with his Spear of the Demon God, caused this much destruction. Could this weapon be something divine, too?
What a joke. Rosalia didn't feel any divine energy from the Heart of God or even from Takumi! Let alone the Heart of the Wind God—Takumi's Heart of God would be something she'd definitely have an interest in.
But right now, the lady had other thoughts. The crowd, who had gathered to watch, was obviously stunned by the display.
Amber, excited, gripped the Pumpkin Turret. The moment she fired it, she felt the weapon recognize her as its rightful wielder. This was Emperor Island's certification!
Teigu is a magical weapon that only recognizes those with a fate tied to it. It's no wonder that the weapon would respond to her in this way.
And yet, no one expected it to have such a massive impact—destroying a camp miles away!
The flames from the gun left the bystanders in awe.
**"The camp's been blown up? Are you sure you're not joking?"**
**"You know, that weapon came from the anime *Zhanmei*!"**
**"*Zhanmei*? An anime with weapons like that?"**
"Yeah, Amber is simply amazing. I didn't think the Splash Rider could be this powerful!"
As the murmurs spread, Yura, who had been watching anime in a nearby shop, stepped out.
**"Pumpkin Fort?"**
**"Isn't that the weapon from Ma Yin's hand?"**
**"I didn't expect Amber to draw this weapon. What luck."**
Yura paused, then returned to her usual cool demeanor.
**"What's so special about a mere pumpkin cannon? Weapons are just tools. What I really want isn't something so simple."**
"I can get it too—my luck's always good!" Yura said, walking back inside.
It wasn't that Yura was jealous of Amber or anything; rather, Yura's personality often made her seem distant, even though she genuinely felt happy for Amber.
Not long after, word spread inside Mondstadt about Amber's powerful new weapon—one capable of wreaking havoc from far away.
**"This thing is terrifying."**
After coming down from the tower, Jean turned to Lisa with a grave expression.
**"This weapon doesn't have any elemental aura, and it can be used without elemental power. Does this mean it could be used as a strategic weapon?"**
**"Especially considering it doesn't require the Eye of God to function."**
**"This isn't just a prop like in *Naruto*; this is a real weapon that could threaten the safety of the owner of the Eye of God."**
Lisa nodded thoughtfully.
The fire attribute, being a highly active energy element, made Amber's new weapon even more dangerous. Thankfully, Amber was with the Knights, but if a hostile force had gotten their hands on it…
Jean continued, his mind racing.
**"However, the weapon's energy storage time seems to be relatively limited. The owner of the Eye of God can likely judge when to use it, but I'm worried about what might happen if it falls into the wrong hands."**
As the acting head of the Knights, Jean was constantly on edge, but he also had a keen mind for strategy.
Lisa understood what he was hinting at. After a moment's pause, she spoke:
**"Let's go to that little shop and see what Takumi has to say about it."**
Inside the small shop, Amber and Takumi were chatting. The crowd of onlookers had dispersed, but a few people remained, hoping to get their hands on a Teigu like Amber's. Among them were Ms. Fools' Executors and Anna, the ambassador from Zhidong Kingdom.
**"This weapon is too powerful for an ordinary person to wield."**
**"That's right. Even if you've mastered it, you still need to register it with the Knights."**
Just as they were talking, Jean and Lisa walked in.
**"Ah, it's Captain Jean! And Miss Lisa!"**
Amber, her eyes sparkling, looked back at them with a huge smile.
Jean, however, didn't greet Amber directly. Instead, he turned to Takumi and asked:
**"Boss, about this Teigu matter... I think we need to have a proper discussion."**
Takumi smiled slightly, already anticipating the conversation.
When Amber first obtained the Teigu, Takumi knew this moment would come. The Pumpkin Turret was just one of the forty-eight Teigu, not even the most powerful one, yet it still attracted significant attention, especially from the Fools.
Takumi had Amber test fire it outside the city for two reasons: one, to deter young adventurers like the Treasure Thieves or the Abyss Order, and two, to send a message to Jean.
**"I have weapons of mass destruction here. Aren't you concerned?"**
