The Troll King, still on his knees, growled in disbelief. His bright red eyes, wide with surprise, flickered as he muttered,
"What just happened?"
His voice rumbled like distant thunder, a low, resonant growl that seemed to shake the very air.
His massive fists clenched against the ground, trembling with fury.
"I was… pushed away?"
"Me?"
His voice became harsh, each word sharp with disbelief.
"No one has ever dared to touch me… but I was pushed by a human?"
The realization struck him hard, and his shock turned into intense anger. Massive fists trembled with fury as they clenched against the ground.
"AHHHHH!" he yelled, his voice shaking the walls and knocking small rocks from the ceiling.
"I WILL TEAR YOU APART!"
Akira had already moved away, his bright white eyes fixed on the huge figure in front of him. He breathed heavily as he caught his breath, feeling adrenaline rush through him, making every thought clearer.
"I hit him with everything I had… and that's all it did to him?"
Akira thought, feeling frustrated as he ground his teeth. His fingers moved restlessly, with little sparks of lightning flashing around them.
"Tch… This monster…"
Before he could finish his thought, the Troll King acted. Even though he was very big, he disappeared quickly, creating a rush of wind behind him.
"What—?!"
Akira felt a strong warning inside him, but it was already too late. The giant figure showed up behind him, holding his huge axe up high.
The weapon fell down with the power of a meteor.
CRASH!
The ground broke apart when he hit it, cracks spreading out like spiderwebs as Akira's body flew through the lair like a doll.
He crashed onto the sharp floor of the cave, rolling before he finally stopped.
Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth as he got up, his arms shaking from the effort.
"You think that can stop me, you silly creature?"
Akira growled, his voice full of defiance even though he was in pain. His white eyes shone brighter, showing his strong determination.
The Troll King sneered, his red eyes burning as his huge body towered over Akira like a storm.
"You're tougher than I thought," - The beast said.
"But that will make defeating you even more enjoyable."
In an instant, the next exchange began.
The Troll King charged, his enormous axe leading the way, slicing through the air with deadly precision.
Akira barely dodged, his body twisting with all the agility he could muster. But the Troll King's assault was relentless.
Each swing of the axe was a wrecking ball, each strike aimed to end the fight in a single blow. Akira countered with blinding speed, his fists glowing with crackling lightning as he struck back. His attacks landed true, each punch and kick targeting the Troll King's most vital points that Akira thought were.
But the monstrous being barely flinched, his thick hide absorbing the blows like a fortress.
A big swing from the Troll King's huge hand hit Akira in the ribs, sending him flying into the air. He smashed into a sharp rock wall, coughing up blood as he fell to the ground.
"Damn it… this isn't working," Akira said quietly, wiping the blood from his lip as he made himself stand up.
The Troll King smiled bigger, showing his sharp teeth.
"Is this all you can do, human?"
Akira's white eyes glowed more, his anger growing stronger.
"I can't win like this," he thought, trying to come up with a plan.
"His strength… it's more than anything I've ever faced."
"Not only is he big, but he's fast too? That is basically cheating!"
A sharp pang in his chest reminded him of his restraint.
"And here I'm holding back my stamina and strength… if that demonic human shows up…"
Gritting his teeth, Akira created some distance, lightning sparking around his body. With a swift motion, he unleashed a barrage of white lightning strikes, each bolt crackling through the air like a vengeful storm.
The cavern lit up with blinding flashes as the attacks hurtled toward the Troll King.
But the monster stood his ground.
Raising his massive axe, he swung it with ease, cutting through the lightning as if it were nothing. The energy dissipated, leaving the Troll King untouched.
"This is all you have?" the beast mocked, his laughter booming through the cavern.
"How pathetic. A fool like you dares to challenge me? When all you have is this?"
The Troll King laughed mockingly, his voice full of scorn.
"You are nothing."
"Weak."
"Unimportant."
"A small human who doesn't know where he belongs, like many of your kind."
Akira cleaned the blood from his mouth, his jaw tightening as his shining eyes remained fixed on the Troll King.
"Tch…"
He looked at the enormous body of the Troll King, searching for any kind of weakness. Every muscle of his was screaming in pain, yet his determination grew stronger.
The Troll King laughed long and hard, but inside him, Akira felt a volcano of anger ready to go off.
"You talk too much," Akira spat, his voice low and razor-sharp. Sparks of lightning danced around his fists as he steadied himself.
"Let's see if you can laugh when I put you on your knees again."
The cavern seemed to hold its breath as the two combatants prepared to clash once more.
"Enough holding back. If this power almost took control over my body , it's time to see if it's worthy to do anything to you."
