This is a tale about a teen and a young lady known as Ella with cardiovascular disease.

Ella is an orphan not because both her parents have died but because they abandoned her on the roadside due to her cardiovascular disease. Though her heart was physically weak she was mentally the strongest in the orphanage and took care of the younger kids as she grew older. All the neighbourhood people and her friends describe her as a cheerful young girl but behind that cheerful mask there's a teary face and behind that a story.

Ella's past tormented her, she was five when her family abandoned her and no other family wanted to adopt her due to her heart disease, she was physically abused by her orphanage head but never said a word to anyone because she had no shoulder to rely on, no adult to protect her, no person to support her. But one day she mustered up her courage and filed a complaint against the orphanage head as she didn't want other kids to go through the same trauma. As soon as she reached eighteen she left the orphanage and worked part time to earn money to fill out her education fee, later she got into a prestigious company, she then saved up enough to get a heart transplantation at the age of twenty five. Although she no longer had any heart issues she felt quite empty. She visited the orphanage kids from time to time. One day when she was on her way to the company, she came across a group of people with red hair staring at her with tears in the eyes and a smile on their lips, she knew nobody among them but they continued to wait for her in front of her company for three straight days but they didn't talk to her, they just stared at her from a distance.
