After walking quite far, Manav and goddess saw vast wasteland in front of them.
"Wasteland, hmm..." Goddess fell in thought after seeing the wasteland appearing in front of them after quitting the jungle.
Jungle behind, wasteland ahead.
What a strange planet, how can there be two biomes together in one planet.
Isn't every planet in this galaxy possess only one biome, there are only three planets known which posses two biomes and I am not familiar to this one where, jungle and wasteland coexist.
"Ki ki ku." Mime started to yell loudly one hand pointing to wasteland and other to his stomach.
"You are saying, we will need food in wasteland." Goddess said to monkey.
Mime nodded.
Manav didn't said anything, he can't interact with anyone because of lacking the needed organs.
"Can you bring us food, I am not that much familiar to fruits and edible products here." Goddess asked Mime.
Mime didn't answered just jumped and stood in front of Manav and stared at his eyes asking for permission.
Manav didn't thought anything else because he thought mime is asking for permission related to food and just nodded.
Mime leaped and disappeared into the jungle in seconds.
"What a fast runner." Goddess commented.
After half an hour goddess saw that mime has not returned yet she sat on a rock on the ground in exhaustion for standing for so long.
She has not taken rest till from when she have met with the puppet beast.
Another hour passed.
Suddenly there was sound in bush, goddess stood with alertness in her actions.
Mime walked out of the bush holding a invisible bag behind him filled with lots of fruits.
Seeing this goddess stepped forward and took out an fruit looking like apple, but strange carvings on it.
She but the fruit and chewed it slowly.
"Yum..." Goddess's mouth made this voice while eating the fruit.
After finishing the fruit goddess started to ate another one.
And like this she ate more than 10 fruits.
"Burp*" Goddess hold her mouth quickly and peeked around herself, and relaxed with relief.
After she rested for while, goddess stored all the fruits in her ring.
They started back the journey again and entered the wasteland.
After walking for hours, they found that suns has started to set.
Seeing this goddess signaled manav to follow her towards a small rock hill ahead of them.
After walking for few minutes they reached the rack hill, and after finding the suitable roof like place, they collected dried woods and lit the fire.
Goddess took out dozens of fruits from her ring and put them near the fire.
She and mime picked the fruits and started eating them.
Mime while eating fruit glanced at Manav standing few meters away from them looking toward the bottom of the rock hill they are on.
He was confused as for why his master was not eating food with them.
Goddess glanced at monkey's actions but she did not feel the need to tell him.
She was concentrating on her food in front, she has not eaten anything delicious for unknown number of years.
And she never thought that she will have to eat mortals food again, she also never imagined even in her dreams that she will lose her powers and become a mortal, who she despised.
Manav while looking down, suddenly saw something on the foot of the mountain.
He walked back and started to stop at the fire they have lit quickly.
"Hey what are you doing? How will I remain warm if there is no fire." Goddess yelled at Manav watching him stomping the fire, she lit so hardly.
She understood the one thing now, that is creation is hardly and destruction is easy.
Manav raised his hands to stop and pointed towards the foot of mountain and signaled to follow him.
After doing this Manav started running towards the other side of the mountain, mime followed him after seeing this.
Goddess was surprised by this and she reacted late, she quickly gained her reasoning and started to run behind Manav.
But her speed was not fast, because she distributed her points to mana and spirit section and left the agility section as it is.
"Hey run slowly, I can't run as fast as you, I am mage class." Hearing the yelling of goddess mime quickly jumped in front of Manav to stop him and point towards goddess.
Manav stopped after mime jumping in front of him and pointing towards his back where goddess is running.
Manav looked back and saw goddess out of breath running slowly.
"Oh really, girls are always weak, they have incredible stamina while shopping but when running they can't even run more than 50 meters." Manav walked towards the goddess.
Seeing manav coming near her goddess stopped and put her hands on knees breathing heavily.
Manav stopped in front of her and put his hands on goddess's back and between the legs and picked up her in princess pose.
Goddess was happy seeing this, and tried to change the position to get comfortable.
"Run with full strength." Manav commanded his body to run.
"Woaaah, hey slow down, slow down!" Suddenly finding the speed of Manav and bumpy road goddess was scared and started to yell loudly while hugging the neck of Manav tightly.
Manav didn't heard anything and just ran with full speed.
Mime was also using his full speed trying to stay near Manav.
But he was also left behind slowly and delistance started to increase.
Seeing this mime leaped high and jumped at the back of Manav and hold the chest tightly.
Goddess didn't opened her eyes out of fear, because of the speed of Manav running.
While running manav suddenly saw a hole in front of him, so he jumped high.
Goddess and mime found themselves in situation of no gravity they was shocked, but manav landed on the ground again and started running again.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
"Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"
Both mime and goddess yelled loudly.
"Hey did you heard something?" A man sitting on large horned pig said to the man riding on the horse near him.
"No! They escaped and ran the other side of rock hill, increase the speed." Man riding on the horse said to his teammate realising something.
Both man commanded their tames beast to run with full strength.
They started to speed up the rock hill.
...
On the other side.
"Hahaha I know you will come this way, so I send those two to lure you here." Fat man riding the large eagle said while laughing.
Suddenly many people can out of hiding behind the big rocks around.
Seeing them manav stopped and slipped on the ground for few meters.
Goddess opened her eyes after finding that they have stopped, and mime also jumped off manav.
Manav put goddess down, goddess when put down tried to stand down on her feet, but because of bumpy road all along her body has shaken so much that her legs started to shake while trying to stand straight with support of Manav.
"Oho what a beauty that g... What was his name again, ahh whatever he said there was an beauty and a puppet beast, as for beauty I will taste you later and make you my one of many wife, go catch that man covered in analyze stealth robe, he must be that puppet beast." Fat man first praised the beauty and ordered his man to capture manav.
Few men stepped forward with their tamed beasts.
"Hey don't damage both beauty and the beast, I need them very much as for that monkey, capture him also, I recalled that my little brother has a female monkey and he want to find a best male monkey to give birth." Fat man ordered to the men who stepped forward with their tamed beasts.
"Don't worry village chief we will be careful." One of the men said.
"Go, bind them with your silk." A man with spider beast said.
Spider beast opened it's mouth and started throwing webs on manav and goddess.
Mime didn't know what to say, because beast has restriction that they can't fight back with their will until their masters are in life endangering situation.
Manav signaled mime to hide behind him.
Mime took few steps and came behind Manav.
Seeing this goddess didn't said anything, because manav can't speak and give commands to mime, so mime can't do anything.
Watching the silk coming near them, goddess raised her hands and started firing fire balls.
"Huh a mage? No she is awakener, a type of individual who will only appear 1 in 10000 people, go catch her, now this is very important." Fat man ordered another subordinate.
The man nodded and stepped forward with his beast and ordered it to attack them with slashes.
The shadow crow flew into sky and waved its claws to create shadow slashes.
The silk was burned away by goddess's fire attacks.
Because silk was covered by poison and many types of poison are flammable type.
The man with spider beast ordered it to attack manav and others with physically.
There are total of three man counting the fat man on bird total four.
The moment spider beast came near to attack manav.
Manav leaped forward and put his palm on the soft belly of spider beast.
And used other hand to hold the right leg of spider.
"Screeeeeeech" Spider beast screamed loudly the moment Manav's hand touched it's belly.
