From the shadows of the corridor, the real Arlon stepped forward, his presence radiating authority. Clad in the Wraithguard set, he held the Wandblade in his hand, its gleaming edge pulsating faintly with power.
Draco turned his gaze toward the newcomer, a low growl rumbling in his chest. "So, you finally show yourself. I hope you're stronger than that pathetic imitation."
Arlon didn't reply immediately, his eyes focused on the massive dragon before him.

Before the fight began, Arlon had sent his copy instead of coming himself.
There was more than one reason for that. First of all, Arlon wasn't sure if there was a trap.
Draco should have already realized there were intruders. It was impossible for Arlon to know that Draco was sleeping.
So, Arlon sent his copy to be sure there weren't any traps for him.
