Chapter 3 - EP 3

"Ugh…"

Damn it!

"Cursed ghost!"

Cancel that! Cancel!

"I take back what I said about ghosts not being able to physically harm humans!"

How long had I lost consciousness? As Shia slowly opened her eyes, she felt her body heavy like a waterlogged sponge.

The first thought that crossed her mind upon regaining consciousness was resentment towards the ghost hanging from the chandelier.

That chandelier wouldn't have fallen on my head if it weren't for that ghost!

Anticipating the worst-case scenario of a canceled show, Shia cautiously touched her face. For an actor, appearance is as crucial as acting skills. Checking if her beauty was intact… hmm?

"Something feels off."

Despite something heavy and sharp falling above her, the pain was surprisingly minimal—no pain at all.

"Did the chandelier just dodge me?"

Fortunately, her face seemed fine. It wasn't bandaged, nor did she feel any specific pain. That aside…

"Where am I?"

This clearly wasn't a hospital.

She had once been hospitalized in a suite after collapsing from overwork, but no suite was this spacious.

And what about those luxurious, fluttering curtains? What was that antique candlestick?

"Wait… this place feels oddly familiar? Strange yet somehow very familiar?"

"By the way, why is there no one here?"

There should be someone around to ask about the situation, but despite looking around, she couldn't find a single person.

"Wow… this is ridiculous."

Someone collapsed, yet no one was around? Where on earth did Hyunseok oppa go?

Shia slowly moved her body. Thankfully, she didn't seem to have any special issues. Aside from feeling a bit heavy, she didn't feel any particular pain.

"Whoa."

As Shia raised her upper body, she was startled by the lace adorning her sleeves.

What kind of hospital gown has this much lace? Is this even a hospital gown?

Clicking her tongue at the absurdity of wearing such uncomfortable clothing while injured, Shia fully sat up.

"…!"

But Shia had to quickly sit back down. A wave of dizziness accompanied the heavy feeling pressing down on her entire body.

Realizing that something was definitely wrong with her body, Ishia let out a small sigh. Fortunately, the dizziness soon faded.

Knock knock.

At that moment, someone knocked and entered. It was a young woman in her late teens.

But…

"Huh?"

Shia's eyes widened as she recognized the woman's face.

"Oh my, Miss! You're awake."

After staring blankly for a moment, Shia slowly opened her mouth.

"Donna?"

Gasp!

After waking up, it was the first time Shia spoke properly and she was left speechless again.

That wasn't her voice. It clearly wasn't her voice… but it sounded so familiar.

"Yes, do you need anything, Miss Camilla?"

"...."

Camilla?

"Did you just call me Camilla?"

I'm Camilla?!

"Why is that name coming up here?"

Camilla.
