"This… this isn't right," she whispered, fingers brushing over where faces had been. "You know who's missing, don't you? Leah, Eddie, Mark… They're all in here, but barely."
She looked up at him, a haunted expression darkening her eyes. "I saw Leah a few weeks before she disappeared. She looked… terrified, like she knew something was coming."
