Chapter 211: The Eastern Front
The journey to the eastern provinces is long and arduous, but Lin Yuer is resolute. The further they travel, the more she can feel the tension in the air. Her soldiers are on edge, knowing that they are about to face the man who had once been a symbol of honor and duty.
Upon reaching the eastern provinces, Lin Yuer's army sets up camp on the outskirts of a small village, where they are told General Xian has been seen recently. As night falls, Lin Yuer gathers her commanders to discuss their strategy.
"We must move quickly and decisively," Lin Yuer says, her voice steady. "If General Xian is indeed here, we will capture him before he can rally any more support. He has already caused enough damage."
Her commanders nod, and the army prepares to march at first light.
