The universe was no longer there.

Nothing was left from the planets to the stars, galaxies, or the universe itself. The threads of time were torn apart, and all that had been or was to be or could be, gone. There stretched a mere empty void across the cosmos, cold and silent, where nothing but the weight of nothingness existed.

Yet there was one light—a single, flickering star—alone in the dark expanse, a fragile remnant of what had once been. For all that had been razed, this star remained, and in its faint light stood a figure, watching.

This god, mysterious, only his presence had brought destruction to everything, stared at that lonely star. His powerful and tired form flickered in and out of the endless void. His eyes, which once held that impenetrable resolve, were clouded now with a sorrow that the vastness of space could not contain. The brimming of his eyes was the only evidence that even a being like him might feel loss.
