Um­bra stood stock still, as all that re­mained was the bleak de­solate­ness of this world around him-thin strands cling­ing with a residue left of destruction; the sockets, just an­tith­esis to shards that lay sequestered be­tween earthy soul-pores, yet uncomprehen­sively expanse empty-no thing­lying except from sides and souls. Whisper of killings screaming hurt. "Everybody by you.". The gods had turned him into a monster, a creature of eternal torment, and now there was no way out.
