A few days later, Alan wanted to celebrate his birthday with his friends. He invited Fein and the others to celebrate his birthday at La Mona Cafe.
They still closed in the morning, fortunately because Fein worked at the place, so they could rent a table at a slightly cheaper price. Dean even gave them a bonus cupcake.
"Thanks for the cupcakes, boss," Fein said to Dean.
"No problem, you've worked hard and brought a lot of customers here, so I should thank you," he replied and left them to go back to the kitchen.
"I can't believe I'll be 23 this year, when you guys are still 20," Alan complained.
He chose to take a short break after graduation, hence he was older than his friends.
"It's okay, you still look good anyway~" Tatiana teased.
"Hey, don't seduce him, he already has a mate too," said Zen.
The woman chuckled. "I love my mate too, there's no way I'd flirt with another Alpha."
