The new year had passed a week ago, everything was back to normal as usual. In the morning, Claire and Fein would spend time at home and in the evening, Fein would go to work as usual.
However, that afternoon something didn't seem as usual.
"Huft..." Fein sighed heavily as he laid himself down on the living room sofa.
His head hurt a lot and it felt like his body was also difficult to move. His breathing was hot and his eyes hurt as well.
"What happened to me?" he muttered.
He closed his eyes, trying to rest for a while before he had to go to work later. The Alpha didn't want to miss work because he had just started working at the café, there was no way he should be absent already.
"Fein, dinner time!" called Claire from the kitchen.
However, there was no answer from the man, he called him again but there was still no answer.
