Chapter 42 - Unveiling Silk from Her Curves

Eryndor entered the room hesitantly, his hand trembling on the doorknob. The air inside was thick with the delicate scent of rose petals strewn across the bed. The dim candlelight flickered on the walls, casting shadows over Aeris's figure. She was lying on the bed, her slender form wrapped in silky nightwear that clung to her curves.

He gulped audibly, his nerves spiraling. Though they had been childhood friends, this was different. This wasn't just Aeris teasing him over some prank or scolding him for a mistake—this was their first night as husband and wife.

His heart pounded wildly, his legs frozen near the bed. How am I supposed to lie beside her like this? he wondered, his body tense and awkward.

Aeris, though her eyes were closed, wasn't asleep. She had been listening intently, her lips curling into the faintest of smiles as she peeked at him through her lashes. She could see him fidgeting, pacing a step forward, then back again, as if the bed were a dragon ready to devour him.

He's so cute when he's nervous, she thought, suppressing a giggle. Deciding to see just how far she could push him, she stayed perfectly still, letting him squirm a little longer.

Muttering under his breath, Eryndor finally turned toward the door. "Nope. No way. I'll sleep in another room," he decided, more to himself than anyone else.

Before he could take another step, Aeris's hand shot out and grabbed his wrist, pulling him back. Her eyes were wide open now, sparkling with mischief.

"And where do you think you're going?" she asked, her tone light and teasing.

Eryndor stumbled back, his face reddening. "I-I just thought….... you'd prefer some space."

"Space?" Aeris sat up, her long hair cascading down her shoulders like liquid silk. She tugged him closer, her smile playful. "We're married now, Eryndor. You can't just run away every time you get nervous."

Her fingers trailed lightly down his arm, sending shivers up his spine. "Or is it that you're scared of me?"

"I'm not scared!" he protested, his voice cracking.

"Really?" She leaned closer, her warm breath brushing against his ear. "Then prove it."

Eryndor's knees nearly gave out. "You're impossible!" he stammered, trying to pull away, but her grip was firm.

Aeris laughed softly, her cheeks flushing slightly as she tugged him onto the bed beside her. She straddled him playfully, her hands on his chest to keep him still. "You're so uptight, Eryndor. Relax. I'm not going to bite you.... unless you ask."

"Aeris!" he exclaimed, his voice rising in pitch.

She leaned down, her lips barely brushing his, her eyes locking onto his. "What's wrong? Aren't you going to kiss your wife?"

For a moment, Eryndor forgot to breathe. Her lips were so close, her eyes full of unspoken emotion. He closed his eyes and leaned forward—only for her to pull back, laughing.

"You were really going to do it!" she teased, her voice full of mirth.

Eryndor groaned, covering his face with his hands. "You're the worst!"

Aeris grinned, her confidence faltering for just a moment as she watched his reaction. Why am I teasing him so much? she wondered. Her heart raced in a way that felt unfamiliar, thrilling, and terrifying all at once.

She climbed off him, still laughing, and straightened her clothes. "Your mom called for me. I'll go talk to her. Get some rest, my dear husband."

Eryndor sat on the bed, his head hanging low, showing no emotion. Slowly, he lifted his gaze, watching Aeris as she walked toward the door.

Before she could leave, he vanished from the bed and reappeared before her, blocking the exit.

"Ahn! What are you planning?" Aeris gasped as Eryndor grabbed her hand.

Suddenly, Eryndor grabbed her wrist, flipping her onto the bed with surprising ease. His nervousness was replaced by something else—determination.

"You think this is funny?" he asked, his voice low.

Aeris blinked up at him, her breath hitching. "W-what are you doing?"

He leaned closer, his face inches from hers. "Payback."

Without hesitation, he leaned down and licked her neck.

"Eww! You idiot! What the hell are you doing? That's gross!" Aeris flailed wildly, struggling like a fish out of water.

"The way you're struggling is cute," Eryndor said, his tone softening. "I've never seen you look as beautiful and... sexy as you do right now. How could I resist? It's almost like you want to be pushed."

He leaned closer again. "If you want to scream, go ahead."

"Wait! Don't you dare—Mother-in-l—!"

Before she could respond, he pressed his lips to hers. The kiss was clumsy at first, a collision of nervous energy, but it quickly deepened. Aeris's eyes fluttered shut as her body responded instinctively, her hands gripping his shirt.

The world seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of them. His lips moved against hers with growing confidence, their breaths mingling as the kiss stretched on. When he finally pulled away, both of them were breathless, their faces flushed.

Aeris looked away, her voice soft. "I was just teasing... I didn't think you'd actually…..."

Eryndor cupped her cheek, his thumb brushing against her skin. "You're not the only one who can be bold."

For the first time that night, Aeris's teasing facade broke. She smiled shyly, her fingers tracing patterns on his chest. "Idiot. You could've warned me."

"Where's the fun in that?" he replied, his voice lighter now.

They stayed like that for a moment, their foreheads pressed together. Then Eryndor's hand slid down, hesitating at her waist. Aeris shivered at his touch, her breath catching as he leaned down to kiss her neck.

Her hands moved to his shoulders, her fingers digging into his skin as his lips trailed lower. "Wait…" she whispered, her voice trembling.

Eryndor paused, looking up at her. "Are you okay?"

Aeris nodded, her face a deep shade of red. "Just…....go slow, okay? It's my first time too."

Her skin was as beautiful as a naturally crafted scenery. The curves of her body, the shape and size of her breasts, along with her thin waist, were mesmerizing.

Feeling shy, Aeris turned her face away. "Don't stare so much, you idiot," she said.

Eryndor, unable to resist her, began moving his hands below her belly button. Each of his cold breaths sent tingling sensations through Aeris's body, making her restless. He paused at her navel and traced his tongue around it.

"Wait, you idiot! You perv—not there..." Aeris tried to pull Eryndor back by his hair.

Eryndor grabbed her hands and began licking her belly button vigorously.

"This idiot... When did he get so bold? If this keeps up, I'm going to—ahhhhhhh..." Her moan escaped involuntarily. Hearing that, Eryndor stopped and began moving towards the door.

"What? Why did you stop?" Aeris asked, her voice halting as she instinctively tried to cover her chest with her hands.

"What? I couldn't hear you. If you want something, say it louder," Eryndor said without looking back.

"That bastard! He teased me, turned me on, and now he's walking away. Does he expect me to beg?" Aeris thought, her body trembling with a mix of anticipation and anger.

She ran after him, grabbed his arm, and slammed him onto the bed.

"What are you doing? This is violence against your husband!" Eryndor exclaimed, his expression that of someone being tortured.

"You idiot! After turning me on, you're leaving? You moron! I'm not letting you go now. I don't care anymore." She began undressing herself and then Eryndor.

"Oh, really? Can you handle it?" Eryndor said with a mischievous grin.

Aeris climbed atop Eryndor, both of them completely bare. His erection pressed against her, and her hips hovered just above him.

"I can do it. This will only hurt a little, right?" she murmured nervously as she prepared herself.

"How will it feel? I've only heard that it's supposed to be amazing. I just need to last long enough to satisfy her... Can I do it?" Eryndor thought to himself, his own nerves showing as sweat began to bead on his face.

Summoning her courage, Aeris guided him into her. She closed her eyes tightly as she adjusted to the sensation.

Outside the room, Isolde stood silently, her hand resting against the doorframe. She had come to deliver a message but found herself rooted to the spot. The muffled sounds of laughter and soft murmurs from within twisted something deep inside her chest.

It's their night, she told herself, forcing a smile that didn't reach her eyes. But as she turned to leave, a single tear slid down her cheek.

The intimacy wasn't perfect—it was awkward and hesitant at times, but it was theirs.

Time passed.

Five years later, a small girl played happily beside Aeris.

"Mommy, where did Daddy go?" the little girl asked, her curious eyes meeting Aeris's.

Aeris smiled gently and hugged her daughter close. "Don't worry, honey. Your dad will come back soon."
