Chapter 61 - Ch 61: Consequences

As it would seem, my actions over the past few months hadn't gone unnoticed. Between improving Konoha's technology, suddenly appearing near its borders, and sparring with Hiruzen and Jiraiya on equal footing, I had painted a massive target on my back. The news came from an unexpected source: bounty posters.

Stone, Cloud, and Rain had officially declared me a person of interest. The Stone and Cloud bounties made sense; those villages likely saw me as a potential threat due to my abilities. But Rain? That caught me off guard until I pieced it together.

Danzo.

It didn't take a genius to figure out that he was behind this. The man had been sniffing around for months, probably gathering information on me and feeding it to the Rain. His motives were obvious—he'd rather see me captured or dead than risk my allegiance threatening his control in Konoha.

The bounty wasn't astronomical, but its implications were clear. Unlike Minato, who had a "flee-on-sight" order from most nations, I was marked for capture. That meant skilled mercenaries, rogue shinobi, and bounty hunters would come after me.

I stood in my workshop, staring at the bounty posters laid out before me. Garuda perched on a nearby beam, his golden eyes fixed on me.

"So, what are you going to do about this?" he asked, his voice calm and steady.

I sighed, rubbing the back of my neck. "For starters? Stay alive. But there's not much I can do about it right now. Tomorrow's October 1st, Naruto will be born soon and the Nine-Tails incident is about to go down. I need to focus on that."

Garuda tilted his head. "And what of Danzo? Will you confront him?"

"No," I said firmly. "Not yet. I can't just waltz into Hiruzen's office and accuse his oldest friend without evidence. And Minato? Danzo is technically his adviser, and there's a good chance his spies are already embedded in Minato's office. Jiraiya's out of the village and won't be back until the day after tomorrow. So, for now, I'll wait. But when the time comes…"

Garuda chuckled softly. "You'll strike."

"Exactly," I replied, my eyes narrowing.

---

I spent the rest of the day finalizing the seals. My clones were scattered across my workshop, each working on a different aspect of the containment array.

Around midday, I received an unexpected visitor.

"Arthur!" Kushina's voice echoed through the hallway.

I turned, wiping the sweat from my brow. "Kushina-san, what brings you here?"

She waddled into the workshop, her hands resting on her belly. Despite her exhaustion, she radiated a fiery determination.

"I came to check on your progress," she said, glancing at the glowing runes and sealing arry. "Are the seals ready?"

"Almost," I replied. "Just running the final tests. By the way, should you really be walking around this much? You're due any day now."

She huffed. "I'm pregnant, not helpless. Besides, Minato is driving me crazy with all his overprotectiveness."

I laughed. "Sounds about right. But seriously, you should take it easy. The Nine-Tails attack is inevitable, and you'll need all your strength."

Her expression softened. "Thanks, Arthur. I know you're doing everything you can to help us. It means a lot."

I smiled. "No need to thank me. I'm just doing what's right."

That Evening

As the sun dipped below the horizon, I stood on the roof of my workshop, gazing out at the village. Konoha was peaceful, its streets bustling with life as villagers prepared for the festival tomorrow.

But beneath the surface, tension simmered.

Garuda landed beside me, his feathers glowing faintly in the moonlight. "You seem restless."

"Can you blame me?" I replied. "Tomorrow marks the start of one of the most chaotic months in this village's history. And on top of that, I've got three hidden villages hunting me down."

Garuda tilted his head thoughtfully. "What's your plan for tomorrow?"

I sighed. "Nothing for now."

"Do you think you're ready?"

I glanced down at my hands, clenching them into fists. "Ready or not, I don't have a choice."

Garuda nodded. "Then trust in your preparations. You've done everything you can."

As soon as Garuda said that my instincts flared and a Kunai landed near my thigh. "That's it, the bounty's gotta go."

October began with the familiar excitement of spinning the Gacha, but the results this time were nothing short of extraordinary.

The first item was a [Taskmaster] template. As soon as I integrated it, my entire perspective on combat changed. Taskmaster's photographic reflexes, combat adaptability, and years of battle experience merged with my own, instantly elevating my skill set. I could now replicate any technique or movement I witnessed, a perfect complement to my already growing arsenal.

The second item was [Void], not a physical object but part of the same mysterious set. Along with it came a new title: [Child of Void]. This title was intriguing and powerful—while within the Void, I was completely untouchable. No attacks, no damage, and no universe itself could harm me. The implications were staggering. If the multiverse was a sea of countless universes separated by the Void, I had now gained an invulnerable sanctuary within that liminal space. It was a safety net, an escape hatch, and a tactical advantage rolled into one.

The third item was the [Thread of Fate], another piece of the same enigmatic set. The system didn't offer much detail beyond its connection to the Void, but I could feel its importance. Threads of Fate... it sounded like something that could manipulate destiny itself.

After finishing my Gacha spins for the month, I took a moment to reflect on the consequences of my actions. Things had been building up, and I felt it was time to take matters into my own hands. My presence in Konoha was becoming more of a burden than I wanted, and I knew that as long as I remained here, I would continue to attract attention—especially with the bounty placed on my head.

The Village Hidden in the Clouds. A visit to the Raikage's office would send a message—one that was necessary to remind these villages that I wasn't someone to be trifled with. The bounty on my head had to be removed, or I'd make sure the cost of maintaining it would be much higher than they were willing to pay, after all I didn't want people to hunt me down whenever I came here.

---

I wrote a brief note for Minato and Kushina, telling them I'd be leaving Konoha for a few days. They wouldn't worry, especially since I was leaving with good reason. It would also give me some time to gather more intel and deal with the bounty before things escalated further.

Once the note was written and hidden, I concealed my presence. Using my skill to vanish from sight, I shapeshifted into Alucard, the vampire from Hellsing. With the transfromation my chlothes too changed—my clothes shifted into a black and red suit, complete with a hat and white gloves. It was a look that exuded confidence and mystery, while also giving of a scary vibe.

Garuda appeared beside me, and I climbed onto his back. We took off into the skies, the village shrinking below us as we flew toward the Village Hidden in the Clouds. The flight was smooth, and I appreciated the brief moment of peace before the storm. The Raikage wouldn't know what hit him.

After unsummoning Garuda, I landed just outside the village gates. My presence was still concealed. No one noticed me as I walked through the streets and into the Raikage's office.

The building was grand, as expected from a village that prided itself on its strength.

I entered the office without anyone noticing, not even the secretary who sat at the desk in front of the Raikage's office. Standing quietly behind him, I observed the man, noting his physicality and the aura of authority that radiated from him.

For a moment I debated what to do leave a simple note? or a message which would be lock is his memory forever.

I projected a simple piece of paper, the ink on it quickly forming words that sent a clear message: Remove my name from the bounty book, or face the consequences.

I started slowly decreasing the room temperature using different spells while also releasing hallucinating fumes from a potion, I had several potion on me from the HP World which I wasn't going to use anytime soon again.

Taking a knife from my inventory, I approached the Raikage, who was too engrossed in sudden change to notice me. Without hesitation, I chopped off his thumb. The sudden pain caused him to scream out, but I quickly used a stunner, rendering him motionless and immobilizing him in his chair.

Now that I had his attention, I leaned in close, whispering into his ear, "While I don't like violence much, don't go around releasing bounties on my head when I've done nothing to you. Trust me, Raikage, you won't be able to handle what I'm capable of doing."

I made my presence known, lifting the stunner's effect and allowing the Raikage to regain his senses. His eyes widened with disbelief and fear, I don't know what my appearance looked from his perspective but one thing was clear he was scared after all the fumes released from the Potion did not only cause hallucinations but also induced fear of anything they see.

Before he could act, I used my webs to bind him in place, rendering him helpless. The ANBU surrounding the office immediately rushed to apprehend me, but I had already anticipated this. They were too slow. I released a flurry of webs, trapping them in sticky cocoons before they could even react.

With the situation under control, I gave a mock bow to the Raikage, acknowledging the success of my message. Then, I turned and jumped out of the window, landing gracefully on the ground below.

---

After 3 days when I returned back to Konoha no one knew how my bounty got taken down or how did Raikage loose a thumb or how Onoki became Voldemort of Naruto universe or who gave Danzo the head of Hanzo's Salamander. But there was one rumor about a certain Red Devil circulating the villages, A person of Pale skin, Ruby eyes, a deadly Assassin who hunts with Guns, A man who screamed elegance and appeared as a gentleman but was far more ruthless than any other Shinobi.

Of course i knew all this because it was me after all i had created a several clones of my Alucard Persona who were now collecting bounties for me and making me richer everyday.
