Synopsis

Chapter 1 - Chained.

Sounds of other people rolling over in these unable to be called "beds"...not a single thought for how long it has been here, only thinking of when i can finally die instead of continuing to lose my humanity in this hell. I sit there on the ground, so tired i cannot even get on the bed, the door starts shaking, it opens up as the two same guards as everytime enter the room, handing everyone portions of food of different portions...luckily i got quite a big portion that should give me enough energy to do anything at all. One of the guards while turning back to walk out announces that "the next battle will be soon to begin." and then both of them exit.

"Hey! Hand over some of your food you dipshit! It's unfair you got more!" "As if i'd give you a crumb! I need all the energy i can possibly get so i can survive and get out of here, eat what you have!" Not even a minute in and two idiots are already arguing...i honestly am surprised that one of these guys thought anyone would get out of here, no way that's happening. I hide my food away from the sight of others, and munch on what i have.

A short amount of time passes and the guards enter again, taking two random people out of the room against their will. I simply don't move from my spot, watching people kill other people in these unfortunate and unescapable brawls is a sight that i've seen over hundreds of times during the time that's passed here from the start.

During the brawl happening outside of the room, we all faintly hear cheers and clashing of weapons, just waiting for it to end. Time passes shortly again...and the survivor was thrown into the room when the door opens again, and the door shuts immediatly after. The guy who survived can barely stand, blood all over the cut clothes he wore. He collapses onto his bed, and pukes on his pillow from the disturbing sight of what he had done in the arena. And so i close my eyes when i myself get on my bed...maybe, just maybe...i could die during my sleep peacefully.
