After looking for a while and squeezing their eyes, Shin and Ase managed to spot it. "Yeah," The moment they saw it they couldn't unsee it again. "That's fake leaves made for camouflage. The camp is hidden beneath it. They use wet clothes to stop smoke as well so we'll never spot them from that."
"Got some binoculars or a spyglass?" Mary reached into the camping kit and pulled a long spyglass. "Use this."
Shin took a look at the camp through the thick leaves. He couldn't see everything but saw enough to get a good idea about the place. The camp was circular in shape with ten tents surrounding one large tent. The camp was also surrounded by a large wooden wall with battlements and machicolation, it wouldn't be wrong to call this a makeshift fort.
