Jasmine's eyes widened as she stepped into the luxurious hotel lobby. The grand chandelier above cast a warm glow, illuminating the polished marble floor. She approached the reception desk with confidence.
"Hello, I have a reservation in the presidential suite 101," she said, handing over her card.
The receptionist smiled. "Right this way, miss."
As Jasmine entered the suite, she gasped at its beauty. Soft music played in the background, and the city skyline gleamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. She poured herself a glass of wine and settled onto the plush bed.
Scanning the news on her phone, Jasmine's eyes landed on Anne Ye's name. The actress was starring in a blockbuster movie. Jasmine wondered why any man would resist Anne's charm.
The door opened, and Jasmine's heart skipped a beat. Adrian stood in the doorway, his eyes locked on hers.
"Good—" she began, but Adrian's lips claimed hers, his kiss fierce and passionate. Jasmine's hands wrapped around him, deepening the kiss.
Adrian's hands roamed her curves, sending shivers down her spine. Jasmine's fingers traced the contours of his chest, igniting a fire within him.
"You're incredible," he whispered, his lips grazing her skin.
Jasmine's body responded, arching into his touch. But as his hands explored further, she trembled.
Adrian pulled back, his eyes searching hers. "Are you...inexperienced?" he asked gently.
Jasmine's silence spoke volumes.
Adrian's expression changed, his passion cooling. "You should have told me," he said, buttoning his shirt.
"I...I didn't think it mattered," Jasmine stuttered.
"I don't do virgins," Adrian stated, his voice firm but laced with regret.
Jasmine felt a sting from his rejection. Her emotions reeled as Adrian turned to leave.
"Wait," Jasmine called out, her voice barely above a whisper.
Adrian paused, his eyes lingering on hers.
"Why?" Jasmine asked.
Adrian's jaw clenched. "Complications," he said, before turning to depart.
Jasmine watched him go, her heart racing with confusion and disappointment.
Was being in experienced a bad thing?she asked herself.
