Chapter 36 - top 10 animal and Fighter

Jack and Ankit were standing in the middle of a large hall within the underground facility. The atmosphere in the hall was dense and serious. Jack was standing near a large monitor displaying various data and images. His expression was a mix of subtle hints as if he was trying to explain something crucial to Ankit.

Jack said, "Your fight will not be against the simple top 10 animals but against hybrids."

Ankit looked at Jack, slightly puzzled. His face was filled with questions.

"What are these 'top 10 animals' and 'hybrids'?" Ankit asked.

Before Jack could reply, another voice echoed in the hall. Ankit and Jack both turned toward the direction of the voice. There stood a commanding figure—Sonpolck, the mastermind and scientist of the facility. His presence and demeanor resembled that of a dignified leader.

Sonpolck stepped forward and said, "Let me explain it to you. When a human fights another human, they always focus on fighting styles like martial arts, taekwondo, karate, and attack strategies. But when a human fights a powerful animal, the dynamics are completely different."

Curious, Ankit asked, "So does this mean we have to fight animals here?"

Sonpolck smiled slightly and replied, "Yes, but that's just the beginning. The strength and instincts of animals are entirely different from humans. Their hands, legs, teeth, and body are their weapons. When you stand before a lion, tiger, or crocodile, only then will you realize your true strength."

Ankit, now more intrigued, asked another question, "How many animals did Sam Jonsan fight?"

Sonpolck pressed a button on a large monitor. A detailed chart appeared on the screen, ranking the top 10 dangerous animals:

1. Giant Elephant

2. Siberian Tiger

3. African Lion

4. Rhino

5. Hippopotamus

6. Saltwater Crocodile

7. Amazon Jaguar

8. American Leopard

9. Alpha Wolf

10. Anaconda

Sonpolck looked at Ankit and said, "You might be surprised to see Anaconda at the 10th rank, but there's a reason for that. Anaconda is a large and powerful python, but it only fights for some time before it starts to retreat."

Ankit's curiosity deepened as he looked at the list. He asked again, "Which animal did Sam Jonsan fight?"

Sonpolck's tone turned serious. "Sam Jonsan's first fight was against the African Lion. It was a long and intense battle that lasted 18 minutes. The lion's power and speed were both terrifying. But somehow, Sam managed to use his survival instincts to secure a victory. After the fight, it took him 12 days to recover."

Sonpolck paused and then added, "But his next fight was against the Siberian Tiger. The strength and agility of the Siberian Tiger are on a completely different level. In this fight, Sam lost within just one minute. The tiger delivered such a powerful attack that it was extremely difficult to save his life."

Hearing this, Ankit's face turned serious. He said to Sonpolck, "I understand all this now. But I have faith in my strength and strategy. I will accomplish what Sam couldn't."

A faint smile appeared on Sonpolck's face. He said, "I'd like to see that, Ankit. A special challenge has been prepared for you. You will have to fight a hybrid—something that combines the strength of animals with the intelligence of humans."

Ankit stood with a sharp, focused expression as he heard Sonpolck explaining the challenges of fighting powerful animals. He had been listening intently to every word, absorbing the gravity of the situation. But one particular thought crossed his mind, and he couldn't resist asking.

Ankit looked straight at Sonpolck and asked, "Has anyone ever defeated the Giant Elephant?"

Sonpolck's face took on a serious expression, and he nodded. "Yes, five individuals have managed to defeat the Giant Elephant so far. Their names are:

1. Yujiro

2. Tarzan

3. Miguel

4. Mowgli

5. Sengoku."

Sonpolck then gestured toward the large screen. A chart appeared, detailing the names and fight statistics of these five individuals. Each name was accompanied by their achievements, with the Giant Elephant marked as a significant victory.

Ankit studied the chart closely. His brows furrowed slightly as he processed the information. He turned back to Sonpolck and asked with a calm but firm voice, "Who will I be fighting first?"

Sonpolck observed the intensity in Ankit's eyes. He could sense the eagerness and determination radiating from him. Ankit's slightly tensed brows and focused demeanor showed that he was already preparing himself mentally for the upcoming challenge.

Sonpolck responded with a composed tone, "For you, we have chosen the Siberian Tiger. Based on your current strength and abilities, it is the most suitable opponent. The tiger is known for its speed, agility, and raw power. This will test not just your physical strength but also your strategic thinking and endurance."

Hearing this, Ankit's expression changed subtly. His lips tightened, and his eyes narrowed slightly, reflecting his growing excitement. There was no fear in his demeanor—only a deep enthusiasm for the fight ahead.

"So, the Siberian Tiger," Ankit said, his voice steady yet filled with resolve. "It seems like a fitting start."

Sonpolck gave a small nod, acknowledging Ankit's spirit. "Prepare yourself, Ankit. This fight will not be easy. The Siberian Tiger is one of the most lethal predators in the animal kingdom. Its strikes can crush bones, and its instincts are sharper than most fighters you've faced before."

Ankit's hands clenched slightly, his body visibly tensing as if gearing up for the challenge. His eyes gleamed with determination as he replied, "I'm ready. Let the fight begin."

Ankit was busy preparing his body for the fight. He was warming up, and every movement of his radiated strength. Beads of sweat glistened on his forehead, and the definition of his muscles was clearly visible. His back, shoulders, and arms looked as if they were carved from iron.

Meanwhile, Kanika arrived. She saw Ankit, who was wearing only shorts. Her eyes lingered for a moment on his muscles. It was evident that the hard work he had put in was reflected in his physique.

"You really look ready for this fight," Kanika said with a smile.

Ankit gave a slight smile and replied, "I have to be ready. This isn't an ordinary fight."

After finishing his warm-up, Ankit did some stretching and additional exercises. Every movement was done with precision, his focus entirely on channeling his energy in the right way. Afterward, he had a light meal to ensure his energy would remain intact during the fight.

As the fight drew closer, Ankit was completely ready. He adjusted his shorts, shook his hands lightly, and then took a deep breath.

The Arena

Now, Ankit stood in the center of the arena. The arena was 80 meters long and wide. High walls surrounded it, and the spectator seats were 30 feet above, providing an excellent view of the fight. Everyone knew that this was going to be a high-intensity and dangerous battle.

Kanika watched Ankit from the elevated seats. From a distance, she could see his "demon back"—the bulging muscles on Ankit's back that resembled the image of a battle-hardened warrior. Every part of his back radiated energy and strength.
