Igaram glared at Tien and Zoro, his voice rising with anger and urgency as he shouted, "Kill them!"
The crowd of bounty hunters surged forward, weapons raised, but in an instant, both Tien and Zoro vanished from sight.
"Where did they go?!" one of the hunters shouted, spinning around in confusion.
Another hunter's voice quivered. "They were just there!"
As the crowd frantically searched, someone spotted them. "There! They're in the middle of the crowd!"
Tien and Zoro stood calmly among the hunters, their expressions unbothered. The surrounding bounty hunters instinctively backed off, their weapons trembling as they aimed at the two.
One man, desperate to regain control, yelled, "Who the hell do you think you are?!" He fired his rifle, the crack of the shot echoing through the air.
In a blur of motion, Zoro unsheathed one of his swords, his movements precise and fluid as he deflected the bullets with ease. The metallic clang of bullets bouncing off his blade rang out, leaving the crowd stunned.
Meanwhile, Tien extended his hand, snatching bullets out of the air as if they were nothing more than pebbles. In the same motion, he hurled them back at their shooters with the same deadly speed, forcing several hunters to dive for cover.
Igaram stumbled back, his face pale with shock. "Impossible! They're just two men!" he stammered, his confidence wavering.
"Kill them! It's only two people!" he bellowed, trying to rally the hunters.
But before the crowd could regain their composure, Tien and Zoro launched into action.
Zoro surged forward, his swords flashing in the moonlight as he cut down the bounty hunters around him with swift, precise strikes. His movements were a blend of power and grace, each swing of his blade sending his opponents sprawling to the ground.
Tien moved with equal ferocity, his fists and feet striking with devastating force. He weaved through the crowd, dodging weapons and disarming hunters with ease. When one hunter lunged at him with a sword, Tien sidestepped and struck with a single punch, sending the man flying into a nearby wall.
The once-confident bounty hunters were now scrambling to defend themselves, their numbers dwindling rapidly as Tien and Zoro cut through them like a storm.
Igaram, standing at the back of the chaos, clenched his fists in frustration, watching as his men were overwhelmed. "This wasn't supposed to happen…" he muttered under his breath, his mind racing for a plan.
As Tien and Zoro continued their relentless assault, the bounty hunters realized they had underestimated their opponents. The two warriors were no ordinary pirates—they were a force to be reckoned with.
As the battle raged on, the muscular nun charged at Tien, brass knuckles gleaming in the moonlight. "No man can best my strength!" she roared, throwing a colossal punch aimed directly at Tien.
Tien sidestepped the attack with precision, the wind from her swing rustling his clothes. She followed up with a flurry of punches, each one faster and more ferocious than the last. Tien calmly dodged every strike, his movements smooth and controlled.
"You're strong," Tien acknowledged as he caught one of her punches with his leg, stopping it dead in its tracks. His expression remained calm as he stepped forward, closing the gap between them. "But strength isn't enough."
Before she could react, Tien unleashed a rapid barrage of punches, each one landing with precision and speed. The nun's eyes widened as the blows overwhelmed her, and she stumbled back, her body unable to keep up. With a final strike, she collapsed to the ground, unconscious, landing on her back with a heavy thud.
Tien stood over her, his breathing steady as he muttered, "Crane Technique: 100 Punches."
Igaram, Miss Wednesday, and Mr. 9 froze in disbelief, their confidence shattered.
Igaram's voice wavered as he muttered, "The Marines made a mistake about those other two…."
Mr. 9, his hands tightening. "these two must be captain and vice captain, I'd believe it. A 30 and 40 million bounty on those two."
Miss Wednesday nodded. "I don't understand how those two others had 30 and 40 million "
Meanwhile, back in the hut, the rest of the Straw Hats lay scattered across the floor, their snores echoing through the room. Goku and Luffy slept soundly, their stomachs hilariously enlarged from the feast. Sanji and Usopp were sprawled out on the floor, oblivious to the chaos outside. Sanji mumbled in his sleep, his hand twitching. "Nami-swan… don't run… I'm here to save you…"
Chiaotzu, peering out of the window, turned to Nami, who was wide awake and lazily sipping a drink. "Hey, Nami," Chiaotzu said, his small voice cutting through the quiet of the room. "Tien and Zoro are fighting out there. Shouldn't we help them?"
Nami waved him off dismissively, her tone calm and confident. "Nah, they don't need any help. Those muscleheads can handle it just fine."
Chiaotzu sweatdropped, unsure how to respond to her nonchalance.
"But," Nami added with a sly grin, "you can help me. How about we go find the treasure room? Those bounty hunters must be stashing something valuable."
Chiaotzu blinked, surprised. "Treasure room? Uh… sure, I guess."
As Nami stood and began heading toward the door, Chiaotzu sighed, floating after her. "I just hope Tien doesn't get mad about this…" he muttered under his breath.
Back outside Igaram, his face twisted in frustration, shouted, "This is disgraceful! The boss trusted us to hold this place, and you're telling me we can't handle two people?!" His voice carried both rage and desperation.
Mr. 9 stepped forward, attempting to regain composure. "If you two didn't know," he said smugly, "our ranking system in Baroque Works makes one thing clear: the lower the number, the stronger we are. Me and Mr. 8 here are far stronger than all the weaklings you just fought. And don't forget Miss Wednesday!"
Zoro smirked, unfazed. His hand rested casually on the hilt of one of his swords. "I don't care about your fancy titles or ranks," he said calmly. "None of that matters. What matters is who's the strongest at the end of the fight."
Igaram growled and raised his saxophone
-like weapon. "Then let me show you my strength Igarappa!" he roared as the trumpet fired a hail of bullets at Tien and Zoro.
With precision, Zoro and Tien darted out of the line of fire, the bullets narrowly missing them. Tien sidestepped gracefully, while Zoro's swords flashed, deflecting stray bullets as he moved.
"Let's go, Miss Wednesday!" Mr. 9 shouted as he turned to his partner.
Miss Wednesday smirked and brought a whistle to her lips, blowing it sharply. "Come here, Karoo!" she called.
From the shadows, a massive duck with a saddle emerged, waddling up to her. Its size and presence were both ridiculous and impressive.
Miss Wednesday climbed onto Karoo's back with practiced ease. "Now, Karoo," she commanded, pointing toward Tien and Zoro, "show them just how fast you are!"
Karoo glanced at Zoro, blinked, and promptly sat down on the ground, his large body plopping with a dull thud.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Miss Wednesday shrieked, her teeth sharp and comically shark-like as she loomed over the duck. "I SAID RUN, NOT SIT!!"
Tien blinked at the scene, his expression a mix of confusion and amusement. "A duck…?" he said, tilting his head slightly.
Mr. 9 took advantage of the moment. "You're getting distracted!" he yelled, rushing at Zoro. "Don't underestimate me and my Bloody Bats!" He brandished two heavy metal bats, as he lunged forward with surprising speed.
Zoro met him head-on, his swords clashing against the bats with a deafening clang. The two pushed against each other, their weapons locked.
"Be careful not to chip your precious blades!" Mr. 9 taunted, his grin wide as he pressed harder against Zoro.
Zoro's grin widened in return. "I wouldn't worry about my swords," he said with a low chuckle. With a sudden burst of strength, he pushed Mr. 9 back, his blades cutting through the air with deadly precision. "You should be worried about yourself."
Zoro swung his sword in a wide arc, clashing against Mr. 9's desperate parries. Each strike forced Mr. 9 to stumble back further, his arms shaking from the sheer power behind Zoro's attacks. Step by step, Zoro closed the gap, his movements relentless.
"Come on!" Zoro said, his voice cutting through the sound of clashing metal. "What happened to your acrobatics?"
Mr. 9 gritted his teeth, sweat pouring down his face. "Shut up! I've got plenty left!" he shouted, but his footing faltered as Zoro's sword nicked his weapon, pushing him further back.
Finally, they reached the edge of the building. Mr. 9 tried to hold his ground, but Zoro's final slash sent him tumbling over the side. He screamed as he fell, crashing into a stack of crates below with a loud THUD and a puff of dust.
Zoro sheathed his sword, shaking his head as he looked down at the wreckage. "Is that really the best you've got?"
Before he could take a breath, Miss Wednesday's voice rang out from behind him. "Don't think you're done yet!" she said, standing atop her duck, Karoo.
Zoro turned, raising an eyebrow as she pointed at him dramatically. "You still have me to deal with!" she declared.
Zoro sighed, his expression unimpressed. "Really? You think you're going to do any better than him?"
Miss Wednesday smirked, holding up a small bottle in her hand. "Prepare yourself!" she said, shaking the bottle. "Behold my Perfume Dance!"
She uncorked the bottle and waved it through the air as she began to sway her body rhythmically. A sweet but overpowering aroma filled the air, causing Zoro to cough. His vision blurred slightly as the smell began to affect him.
"That's right," Miss Wednesday said, grinning wickedly. She pulled on a ring around her finger, and a thin blade attached to a wire shot out. Spinning it in the air, she shouted, "Peacock Slasher!"
Karoo, took off at full speed, charging toward Zoro.
But Zoro sidestepped the attack, watching as Karoo continued running at full speed.
"Karoo, turn around!" Miss Wednesday yelled, but the duck didn't listen, running right off the side of the building.
With a loud crash, Miss Wednesday and Karoo landed in another pile of crates below. Dust and debris flew into the air as she groaned in pain.
Zoro pinched the bridge of his nose, muttering, "This is getting embarrassing."
Before he could finish his thought, a loud BLAST echoed behind him. Igaram stood tall, his saxophone-like weapon aimed directly at Zoro. "I'm not done yet!" Igaram shouted as bullets sprayed out of the instrument.
Zoro dodged with ease, weaving between the shots. He leapt from the building to avoid the onslaught.
As Zoro landed on the ground below, Tien followed, leaping gracefully from the rooftop. But before he could touch the ground, Igaram charged forward, blowing another volley of bullets at him.
Tien narrowed his eyes, twisting in midair to avoid the shots. He landed softly, only to launch himself forward with incredible speed. A flurry of kicks connected with Igaram, each one landing like a sledgehammer. The force of the final kick sent Igaram flying backward, slamming him into a nearby wall with a loud CRACK.
Tien adjusted his stance, brushing some dust off his sleeve. "I told you," he said coldly. "A good fighter doesn't let their guard down."
Zoro cracked his neck, stepping forward to stand beside Tien. "Looks like we've cleared out most of them. Any more surprises?"
But then Zoro and Tien turn around, they see Mr. 9 standing above Goku and Luffy, shouting, "Stop, or your friends will pay the price!" Mr. 9 holds a bat poised over Goku's head, while Miss Wednesday, accompanied by Karoo, presses a knife against Luffy's stomach. Both Goku and Luffy remain sound asleep, oblivious to the danger.
Zoro lets out a frustrated sigh. "Great. They can't even bother to wake up while being hostages. How considerate."
Mr. 9 sneers. "I told you to stop! You don't even have a weapon."
But Tien merely smirks as he raises his hands like a gun. A glowing ki blast materializes in his palm and shoots forward, detonating on Mr. 9, Miss Wednesday, and the duck, sending them flying.
Zoro scoffed, ."Finally. Maybe we can get some peace and quiet for a change."
But before Tien could reply, a thunderous explosion erupted in the distance. Both fighters turned their heads sharply as smoke billowed into the night sky. Emerging from the haze were two figures: a woman in a bright, flamboyant dress and a man clad in a sleek black trench coat.
The man spoke first, his tone dripping with disdain. "You lost to just two people? How utterly pathetic."
Igaram's eyes widened in shock as he stammered, "Mr. 5! Miss Valentine! Why are you here? Did you come just to mock us?"
Mr. 5 adjusted his sunglasses, his voice cold and detached. "Mocking you is just a bonus."
Miss Valentine twirled her umbrella and grinned mockingly. "We're here on orders from the boss"
Mr. 9's face lit up with hope as he stepped forward. "With you two here, we can finally take these guys down! Let's finish them together!"
Miss Wednesday nodded, her resolve hardening. "Yes! Together, we can beat them!"
But Mr. 5 raised a hand, silencing them. "Don't be ridiculous. We didn't come here to clean up your failures." He glared at Igaram and Miss Wednesday. "We're here because someone's committed a serious crime against Baroque Works—a crime punishable by death."
The tension thickened as Miss Valentine's playful smile faded into something more menacing. "We did our research. A high-ranking individual from a kingdom infiltrated Baroque Works and learned classified secrets."
Mr. 9 blinked in confusion. "Wait, what? High-ranking? You mean... me? Sure, I wear a crown, but I'm not from some kingdom!"
Miss Valentine snapped, "Shut up. We're not talking about you."
Mr. 5's piercing gaze locked onto Igaram and Miss Wednesday. "We're talking about people from Alabasta."
Igaram's breath hitched as the color drained from his face. His hands trembled as he reached for the ribbon tied around his neck. "You won't touch her!" he roared, yanking the ribbon free.
From beneath his hair, a barrage of cannons emerged, and he unleashed a hailstorm of bullets and explosions toward the intruders. "I refuse to let you harm the princess of Alabasta!" he shouted, his voice filled with desperation.
The smoke cleared from Igaram's desperate cannon attack, Mr. 5 stood unfazed, brushing dust off his coat. Miss Valentine yawned dramatically, balancing on her umbrella.
Mr. 5 adjusted his sunglasses, his voice calm and cruel as he said, "Igaram... Captain of the Alabasta Kingdom's Royal Guard. And Princess Nefertari Vivi, disguised as Miss Wednesday. In the name of the Baroque Works boss, we are here to eliminate you."
Mr. 5 flicked something small into the air with a casual motion—his booger, hardened and packed with explosive energy. The tiny projectile sailed through the air before striking Igaram directly.
"Boom!"
The explosion was deafening, the force sending Igaram flying back and crashing into the ground in a heap. Vivi screamed, "Igaram!" as she rushed toward him, tears welling in her eyes.
Miss Valentine laughed coldly, twirling her umbrella. "Oh, don't cry, little princess. You'll be joining him soon enough."
Mr. 9 looked at Vivi with wide eyes. "Miss Wednesday... you're really a princess?"
Vivi hesitated for a moment before nodding, her voice trembling. "Yes, I am."
Zoro and Tien, each carrying the unconscious Luffy and Goku respectively, started running away. Zoro glanced back, smirking. "We're having way too much fun tonight."
Tien, his expression serious, added, "Fun isn't the word I'd use."
Igaram, badly injured, groaned as he struggled to stand. He called out to vivi, his voice straine. "Don't worry about me... You need to get out of here Vivi! If anything happens to you, Alabasta will fall!"
Vivi turned, tears welling in her eyes. "No! I can't just leave you behind!"
Ignoring her protests, Igaram shouted back, "You must survive! For the kingdom!"
Vivi gritted her teeth and stepped forward, gripping her ring tightly. "I'm not running! I can still fight!"
Before she could act, Mr. 9 stepped in front of her, holding his metal bat with determination. "I don't get all this princess talk, but if you need time, I'll buy it! Go, Vivi!"
Her voice cracked as she replied, "Thank you, Mr. 9!"
With a determined roar, Mr. 9 charged at Mr. 5. The Baroque Works agent sneered, picking his nose lazily. "Friendship is such a pathetic concept. Watch as it crumbles."
He flicked a booger that sparkled ominously in the air. "Nose Fancy Cannon!"
The explosive projectile hit Mr. 9 directly, sending him flying into the nearby river with a thunderous blast. The water rippled violently as he vanished beneath the surface.
Vivi screamed out, "No, Mr. 9!"
Zoro and Tien stood still, stunned, as Tien muttered, "Did that thing… come out of his nose?"
Igaram groaned in pain, clutching at Zoro's legs desperately. "Swordsman, I have a request!" he pleaded. "Both of those people have Devil Fruit powers. I can't stop them... but you can. I beg you, protect Princess Vivi in my place."
Vivi, still trembling, climbed onto Karoo. "Run, Karoo!" she yelled, and the duck took off as fast as his legs could carry him. Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine smirked, immediately giving chase.
Igaram's grip tightened as he looked up at Zoro and Tien. "Please! If you help her, you'll be rewarded greatly! I'm just a servant, but I beg you to deliver the princess safely to Alabasta!"
Zoro frowned and crossed his arms. "Hell no. I'm not doing that. You were just trying to kill us a few minutes ago. Why should we help you?"
Suddenly, a familiar voice chimed in from the shadows. "How about this reward?" Nami stepped into the scene, smirking. "I'll take it. What do you say to… 1 billion berries?"
Both Zoro and Tien snapped their heads around in surprise. "Nami?!"
Chiaotzu floated quietly behind her, his tiny hands folded nervously.
Igaram's eyes widened. "1 billion berries? That's outrageous!"
Nami waved him off dismissively. "It's just a fair price for your princess's life. If you don't agree, she's as good as dead."
Desperation flickered across Igaram's face. "I'm just a simple soldier. I can't promise you a reward like that!"
"Then I guess your princess will just die," Nami said, turning her back on him dramatically.
Igaram panicked, throwing his hands up. "Wait! If you deliver the princess safely to Alabasta, you can negotiate with the royal family. They'll reward you!"
Nami paused, tapping her chin as if considering. "Hmm… fine. I'll save her." She turned to Zoro and Tien with a sly grin. "Alright, you two, go after her."
"Oh, hell no!" Zoro snapped. "If you want to make your money, do it yourself. Don't drag me into this!"
Nami's smirk didn't waver. "Don't be dumb. This money won't just benefit me—it'll help the whole crew!"
Zoro raised a skeptical brow. "You really think I'm buying that?"
As Nami and Zoro bickered, Goku and Luffy both staggered to their feet, groggy. Their tired eyes blinked lazily as they shuffled past the group, mumbling, "Where's the bathroom?"
Chiaotzu floated up to Tien, about to speak. "Hey, Tien, they just—"
Tien raised a hand to cut him off. "Wait, Chiaotzu."
Nami, seizing her moment, crossed her arms and leaned in toward Zoro. "And don't forget—you still owe me 100,000 berries from earlier. And you agreed to pay me back with 300% interest, so you owe me 300,000 berries!"
Zoro stiffened, grinding his teeth. He hated dealing with her extortion, but she always found a way to corner him. "…Fine. Let's go, Tien."
Without another word, Zoro and Tien took off, running after Vivi.
Nami leaned back with a victorious grin. "That's more like it."
Chiaotzu floated closer to her, tilting his head. "Are you really going to share that money with the crew?"
Nami chuckled mischievously. "We'll see…"
Igaram sat on the ground, his head bowed in shame as tears streamed down his face. "I'm so ashamed… If only I were stronger, I could have protected Princess Vivi myself," he muttered, his voice cracking.
Nami placed a hand on his shoulder, offering a moment of reassurance. "Don't worry about it. Zoro's really strong," she said confidently.
Chiaotzu chimed in. "Yeah, and Tien is even stronger. Vivi's in good hands."
Igaram's tears continued to flow as he sobbed, "If anything happens to Vivi, the entire kingdom of Alabasta will fall. She must live!"
---
Meanwhile, Tien and Zoro darted across the streets, moving quickly to catch up with Vivi. Tien glanced over his shoulder as Zoro veered in the wrong direction. "What are you doing?" Tien shouted.
Zoro stopped, visibly annoyed. "I know where I'm going."
Tien sighed and shook his head. "Forget it. Let's just stick to the rooftops!" He leapt onto a nearby roof, motioning for Zoro to follow. The two sprinted across the buildings, scanning the area until Tien spotted movement in the distance. "There, over there!" he called.
The two rushed forward and finally saw Vivi atop Karoo, cornered by Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine. Mr. 5 lazily picked his nose before flicking a booger-bomb straight at Vivi.
Without hesitation, Tien leapt into action, landing in front of Vivi and launching a ki blast from his fingertips. The explosion from the impact sent a gust of wind across the street, blowing debris everywhere.
Mr. 5 blinked, clearly surprised. "Who the hell are these guys?" he asked as he steadied himself.
Zoro drew his swords, his usual calm smirk on his face. He turned to Vivi. "Hey, I'm here to help. Don't ask too many questions, just stay back."
Vivi hesitated, confused. "You're helping me? But why?"
Mr. 5 crossed his arms and scoffed. "Why would you want to protect the princess of Alabasta? You guys got a death wish or something?"
Tien stood next to Zoro, his calm demeanor unwavering. "We've got our reasons."
"Well," Mr. 5 said, cracking his knuckles, "one way or another, we're going to eliminate you. Orders are orders."
Zoro and Tien readied themselves, prepared to take on the pair. But before they could strike, a familiar voice roared out, "ZORO! TIEN! I FOUND YOU!"
The group turned to see Luffy and Goku approaching. Luffy was red-faced with anger, his stomach bloated, while Goku walked beside him, a more serious expression on his face.
Luffy pointed at Zoro and Tien, his voice booming. "You two! I'll make you both pay for what you did! I'll kill you!"
Zoro blinked, utterly baffled. "What the hell are you talking about?"
Luffy stomped his foot, his rage boiling over. "Both of you! Tien I let you on my ship, invited you to my crew, and this is how you repay me?!"
Tien looked confused, his brow furrowed. "What are you even talking about?"
Luffy growled, his voice rising. "Those kind people threw a party for us! They gave us food and treated us like family! And what do you two do? You go around beating them all up!"
Zoro's eyes widened as realization dawned. "Wait, Luffy, listen—"
"No! Shut up!" Luffy snapped, cutting him off.
Goku, standing beside Luffy, looked conflicted. "Luffy, I don't want to believe it either. I've known Tien and Zoro for a long time, and I don't think they'd do something like that."
"Then why would those kind people tell us they did?" Luffy barked, clenching his fists.
In the middle of this , Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine exchanged glances, smirking at the chaos unfolding. "This guy's too stupid to see what's really going on," Mr. 5 muttered under his breath.
Zoro gritted his teeth and took a step forward. "Luffy, let me—"
"NO MORE TALKING!" Luffy roared, leaping forward with his fist cocked back.
Zoro barely dodged the punch as it smashed into the ground, cracking the stone beneath their feet. Dust and debris filled the air as Luffy's glare burned with fury.
Zoro and Luffy began their heated clash, with Zoro constantly trying to reason with his captain. "Luffy, listen to me! You're not hearing the full story!" he shouted, parrying Luffy's flurry of punches.
"I don't care about your excuses!" Luffy barked, his voice raw with anger. "You betrayed those people ! That's all I need to know !" His rubber arms stretched back before launching a Gomu Gomu no Bazooka aimed straight for Zoro's chest.
Zoro dodged the attack narrowly, his expression growing darker. "Damn it, Luffy! You're impossible." He kicked Luffy away, creating some distance between them. "Would you listen for one second?!"
Luffy stood up, his body returning to normal as his stomach finally shrank down. He grinned, his eyes burning with determination. "I've finally digested the food. Now I'm ready to fight for real."
Zoro pulled his bandana from his arm and tied it tightly around his head. His demeanor shifted entirely as he drew his blades. "Fine, Luffy. If you won't listen, then I won't hold back. If you die, you die."
"That's fine by me!" Luffy roared as he charged back into the fray. Their battle intensified, with Zoro's sharp, precise strikes clashing against Luffy's unpredictable, rubbery attacks. The sound of steel and flesh echoed through the streets as sparks flew from their intense blows.
---
Nearby, Goku walked up to Tien, his power pole resting on his shoulder. "Tien, is it your turn to fight me now?" Goku asked, his tone calm but serious.
Tien shook his head firmly. "No, Goku. You've got it all wrong. I didn't attack those people out of nowhere. They were all part of a group called Baroque Works. They were planning to capture and rob us. Everything we did was in self-defense."
Goku studied Tien's expression for a moment, his sharp eyes searching for any sign of dishonesty. Finally, he nodded and smiled in relief. "I believe you. I didn't want to fight you, anyway."
As the two exchanged a moment of understanding, their attention turned back to Zoro and Luffy's escalating battle. Tien frowned and said, "We'll let those two work it out. Goku, we need to deal with them instead." He pointed at Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine, who were watching the chaos unfold with amusement.
Mr. 5 smirked as he cracked his knuckles. "I guess we'll have to kill you two as well. Orders are orders."
Before he could make a move, Tien disappeared in a blur of speed, reappearing directly in front of Mr. 5. "Not if I take you out first," Tien growled as he drove a powerful punch into Mr. 5's gut. The impact launched Mr. 5 through multiple buildings, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
Miss Valentine hovered above, laughing mockingly. "10 kilograms! 100 kilograms! 1,000 kilograms! 10,000 kilograms!" she yelled, increasing her body weight exponentially as she dropped toward Goku with crushing force.
Goku stood his ground, his eyes narrowing. As she plummeted, he reached up and caught her, holding her weight in place with his immense strength. Miss Valentine's eyes widened in shock. "W-what?! How are you holding me up?!"
Goku smirked, his grip tightening. "You're not as heavy as you think." With a sudden motion, he hurled her through the air toward Tien.
Tien was ready. As Miss Valentine hurtled toward him, he gathered energy in his hand and released a precise ki blast. The blast struck her midair, sending her crashing to the ground unconscious.
Goku dusted his hands off as he turned to Tien. "That takes care of them. Now let's go check on Zoro and Luffy before they destroy the whole town."
Tien nodded, but his gaze lingered on the spot where Mr. 5 had been sent flying. "Agreed. But let's be ready—those two might not be down for long."
Vivi stared at Goku and Tien, wide-eyed and stunned at how easily they defeated two high-ranking Baroque Works agents. "How did they do that?" she muttered under her breath, clearly astonished.
Meanwhile, Zoro and Luffy continued their chaotic brawl, both refusing to back down. They launched at each other, their weapons and fists ready for a final clash. But just before their attacks connected, they froze mid-swing, their bodies locked in place. Both looked confused, glancing around for what stopped them.
Out of nowhere, Nami stormed onto the scene, shouting, "Knock it off, you idiots!" With a swift punch, she sent both of them crashing to the ground. Floating behind her was Chiaotzu, his hands raised as he released his telekinetic grip. "That's enough from you two," Chiaotzu said calmly.
Nami crossed her arms, glaring down at Luffy and Zoro. "What the hell are you two doing? We're lucky enough that Goku and Tien were able to save Vivi! You almost cost us 1 billion berries"
Vivi, still catching her breath from all the chaos, looked up sharply. "Wait... what do you mean, 1 billion berries?" she asked.
"Oh, right," Nami said, turning her attention to the princess. "We need to have a little chat about making a contract."
---
After a bit of explanation, Luffy suddenly burst out laughing, sitting cross-legged on the ground. "Oh! Why didn't you guys just say so? We thought you beat those guys up because you didn't like the food they made!"
Zoro's eye twitched in frustration. "Who in their right mind would think that?" he growled.
Tien pinched the bridge of his nose, shaking his head in disbelief. "I can't believe how stupid this guy is…"
---
As Nami negotiated with Vivi, she leaned in and said, "So, here's the deal. In exchange for taking you back to Alabasta, we'll need 1 billion berries."
Vivi gave her a sad smile and shook her head. "I'm sorry, but I can't offer that. I appreciate your help, but Alabasta doesn't have that kind of money right now."
Nami blinked in confusion. "What do you mean? You're a princess, aren't you? Shouldn't you have access to money?"
Vivi sighed deeply. "Alabasta is a great nation—peaceful and prosperous, or at least it used to be. But in recent years, signs of revolution have been appearing everywhere. Finally, the people revolted, and the kingdom has fallen into chaos. I learned that this unrest wasn't natural—it was being manipulated. Igaram and I discovered that Baroque Works is behind everything. They're trying to take over Alabasta, and I need to go back and stop the fighting before it's too late."
Nami frowned, her usual greed giving way to some sympathy. "If you're in the middle of a civil war, I guess it makes sense you wouldn't have any money…"
Goku, who had been listening quietly, suddenly asked, "Did you find out who's in charge of Baroque Works?"
Vivi's expression became frantic, and she waved her hands in alarm. "I can't tell you that! If I do, your lives will be in danger!"
Nami rolled her eyes. "We're already involved, so you might as well spill it. What kind of group is powerful enough to cause a civil war?"
Vivi hesitated but finally said in a trembling voice, "Baroque Works… is run by one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. His name is Crocodile."
The group went silent for a moment as the name sank in. Luffy and Goku both tilted their heads, completely confused. "Who's that?" they said in unison.
Nami froze, her face turning pale. "A Warlord?!" she shrieked. "You mean one of the pirates backed by the World Government?!"
Tien sighed, rubbing his temples. "Of course, it had to be one of the Warlords. This just keeps getting worse."
From a distance, the Unluckies—the Baroque Works otter and vulture—watched the entire scene unfold before flying away to report back to headquarters.
Nami, clutching her head in panic, wailed, "This is bad! A Warlord is going to come after us! We're all doomed!"
Zoro smirked and said casually, "Well, guess that makes all six of us the top enemies of Baroque Works now."
---
As the group tried to figure out their next steps, Igaram suddenly appeared, dressed in an oversized, frilly dress and wearing a large wig to mimic Vivi. He adjusted the ridiculous outfit and declared dramatically, "Fear not, Princess! Everything will be fine!"
Vivi stared at him, wide-eyed. "Igaram?! What are you wearing?"
Igaram continued, undeterred by the stares. "Princess, once Baroque Works finds out what happened here, they'll send people after you. But don't worry—I have a plan. I'll dress as you and sail straight for Alabasta with these six dummies as my decoys. You take another route and stay safe!"
Nami raised her voice, she snapped, "Hold on, wait a minute! Who said we're bringing her with us? We haven't even talked about payment!"
Luffy, looking confused, tilted his head. "Take her where?"
Tien, crossing his arms, explained, "This old man wants us to escort her back to her kingdom."
"Ohhh," Luffy said, scratching his head. "No problem! Sure!"
Nami, visibly frustrated, shouted, "Do you not realize what you're agreeing to? Crocodile might already be after us!"
Luffy blinked. "Crocodile? How dangerous is he?"
Tien replied, his voice serious, "He had a bounty of 80 million berries before it was frozen."
Nami's face went pale. "EIGHTY MILLION? That's four times along's bounty!"
Meanwhile, Goku's eyes lit up with excitement. "That means he's strong! Let's do it!"
Igaram bowed deeply, his voice full of gratitude. "Thank you. I'm truly grateful. Please, protect the princess and get her home safely." Vivi handed Igaram her eternal pose, the navigational tool to Alabasta, with a worried look on her face.
"Vivi," Igaram said, placing a hand on her shoulder, "take the indirect route to Alabasta. You should only need to pass two or three islands. Please, be safe. And everyone…" His gaze turned to the crew. "…take care of her for me."
Luffy and Goku grinned in unison. "You got it!"
Igaram nodded and stepped onto a small ship disguised as Vivi. He waved to them as his ship began to sail away. "Goodbye, Princess! Be strong!"
The crew watched in silence as his boat drifted further into the night. Suddenly, without warning, a massive explosion ripped through the air, engulfing Igaram's boat in flames. The night sky lit up as debris scattered across the water.
Everyone froze in shock.
"They're already after us," Nami muttered, her voice trembling.
Tien snapped her out of it. "Nami, the log! Are we ready to move?"
Nami nodded quickly. "It's set! Let's go! Vivi, get moving!" She grabbed Vivi, pulling her towards the Going Merry. "We'll get you home, don't worry."
"Igaram…" Vivi whispered, staring at the smoldering remains of the boat. Her fists clenched, but she nodded. "Right. Let's go."
As Nami Zoro and Tien prepared the ship. Goku and Luffy hurried to wake up Usopp and Sanji.
At the inn, Sanji groggily rubbed his eyes as Goku grabbed his leg. "Oi, what's the big idea?!"
"No time to explain!" Goku said cheerfully, dragging him out the door.
On the other side of the inn, Luffy was less gentle with Usopp, yanking him out of bed by his ankle and dragging him down the street. "Wake up, Usopp! We're leaving!"
"Wha—wait, what?! Why are you dragging me like this?! Stop!" Usopp protested, flailing.
The two finally dragged their crewmates to the Going Merry, tossing them aboard as everyone prepared to set sail.
"There's a tributary just upriver," Vivi said hurriedly. "If we follow it, we can get to the sea faster!"
Sanji, still half-asleep, groaned. "Can't we at least stay the night? Just one?"
"Yeah," Usopp added, "I mean, it's been a long—"
THWACK!
Nami smacked both of them over the head. "Shut up, you two! We're leaving, and that's final!"
With everyone aboard and the sails set, the Going Merry started to glide down the river under the cover of darkness.
The atmosphere grew tense. The mist curled like ghostly tendrils around the ship, and Nami, peering ahead, sighed in relief. "Finally, it's light enough to see."
Someone spoke up. "I'm just glad we got away from those chasing us," the voice said smoothly.
"You're right," Nami agreed automatically, but then froze. Her brows furrowed. That wasn't a voice she recognized.
The fog began to thin, and everyone turned to see a figure casually leaning against a railing on the upper deck A woman with jet-black hair, a black jacket top, and sharp eyes stood there, an almost playful smile on her lips. "This ship is nice," she remarked.
Zoro instinctively reached for his swords. "Who the hell is that?"
Vivi gasped, her face pale. "Wait… that's—!"
The woman interrupted, her voice calm and teasing. "I met your Mr. 8 a little while ago. He didn't look so good."
Vivi's fists clenched. "So you killed Igaram!"
The woman ignored Vivi and turned her attention to Luffy
Luffy's voice was sharp. "who are you? What are you doing on my ship"
Vivi's eyes burned with fury. "That's Miss All Sunday! She's the partner of Mr. 0—the boss of Baroque Works!"
"What?!" Nami exclaimed, spinning around. "She works with Crocodile?!"
Vivi nodded, trembling with anger. "She's the only person who knows Crocodile's identity. We were able to track him down by following her."
Miss All Sunday chuckled. "First off, I let you follow me. The princess trying to save her nation while making enemies of Baroque Works… The idea is so ridiculous it's almost cute."
Tien's stance tightened, his eyes narrowing. Chiaotzu floated beside him, prepared to act. Goku leaped to the deck above with his Power Pole in hand, staring her down intently.
She turned her gaze to Goku and smiled playfully. "If a cute boy like you keeps staring at me like that, I might just blush," she said flirtatiously.
Goku blinked, confused. "Huh?" He took a step forward but suddenly tripped as something invisible swept his legs out from under him, sending him tumbling back down onto the main deck.
Miss All Sunday stifled a laugh, placing a hand on her hip. "You can all calm down," she said smoothly. "I haven't received any orders to fight you."
Extending her hand toward Luffy, she flicked her wrist. The straw hat on Luffy's head floated into the air and landed neatly in her palm. She placed it lightly atop her own head, tilting it slightly.
"So, you're the infamous Monkey D. Luffy," she said, her smile lingering.
"Hey! Give me my hat back!" Luffy yelled, clenching his fists. "Or I'll come up there and beat you!"
Miss All Sunday ignored his threat and glanced toward Goku. "And you must be Son Goku. What bad luck…" Her tone became almost pitying. "You've already picked up a princess who's on Baroque Works' wanted list. And now, your luck's about to get worse."
She reached into her coat, tossing something toward Vivi. And tossing luffy back his hat
Vivi instinctively caught the Eternal Pose as Miss All Sunday explained with a calm, mocking tone, "If you use that, you can skip Little Garden altogether and head straight to an island called Nanimonai. None of the agents know that route."
Vivi stared at the Eternal Pose, conflicted, her hands trembling. Before she could say anything, Luffy walked over, grabbed the Eternal Pose, and broke it with his bare hands.
"Luffy!" Vivi gasped.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Nami yelled, punching him square on the head.
Rubbing the new lump on his skull, Luffy looked at Miss All Sunday and declared, "You don't get to decide where this ship goes!"
Miss All Sunday raised an eyebrow, impressed by his boldness. "Well, that's too bad," she said, stepping toward the railing. "If you survive, I hope we meet again."
She turned just before leaping off the ship, her gaze landing on Goku. "And you, Son Goku… I hope I get to see you again too." Her voice had a flirtatious edge as she smiled, leaving the crew dumbfounded.
Sanji fell to his knees, sobbing dramatically. "Why does an idiot like Goku get the attention one of the most beautiful woman I've ever seen?!"
As Miss All Sunday jumped off, a massive turtle emerged from the fog below, carrying her effortlessly on its back. "Let's go, Banchi," she said, patting the turtle.
Goku scratched his head, utterly confused. "Why would she want to see me again?"
Luffy, staring wide-eyed, exclaimed, "Whoa, that turtle is huge!"
After a moment of silence, the crew tried to regain their composure. Sanji dramatically approached Vivi, saying, "Don't worry, Vivi. Your knight in shining armor is awake now to protect you!"
Usopp, trembling, stammered, "A… a Warlord is after us! That lady said Little Garden would kill us! Does that mean we're going to die?!"
Luffy, grinning ear to ear, laughed loudly and said, "I don't know! But let's go!"
Despite the lingering tension and the daunting threats ahead, the crew couldn't help but feel a spark of determination as they set sail toward their next destination—Little Garden.
