My eyes lit up as I kept aside what was left of the shawarma before speaking.
"Wait, really?" I queried with a full mouth, placing my hand in front of my face as soon as I did.
Negan looked at me awkwardly, causing my face to heat up with a blush.
"Pardon my manners," I mumbled, finding it hard to keep eye contact.
However, he waved his hand dismissively. "It's fine. Anyway, about the Delta. I sent one of my best men to spy on him and let's just say he was able to uncover something."
Gosh, yeah I know that already!
Could he just go to the part where he tells me what he found out about the Delta?
Maybe it was the hunger or the pent-up frustration I still had, thanks to my encounter with Elsa this morning. Or both.
But I was super anxious and tapped my fingers on my lap impatiently.
It seemed Negan noticed this but decisively didn't say anything about it, instead continuing with the information he was giving me.
