"Uhh..." I was speechless, gawking at what Negan held in his hands.
It was a rose. A white rose, to be specific.
It looked so pretty in his hands, even more so when he stepped forward and forced it into my hands.
"I saw it during my nightly walks in the gardens and remembered you." He muttered, clasping my hands in his.
My heart fluttered as I stared into his eyes, my head feeling like I was floating.
Gosh, the Beta was something else!
"Thank you, Negan," I whispered with a slight smile curling up my lips, staring at the rose in my hands. "But then I didn't get you anything and..."
I trailed off, my eyebrows furrowing into a frown.
What the heck was I doing?
"Don't tell me you're trying to flirt with me, Negan?" I folded my arms in front of my chest, squinting my eyes.
