Chapter 2 - 002: Tree of Life

The immeasurable mysteries of the GodHead are inconceivable, his divinity, his wisdom, the depth of his love only possibly imagined through infinitely lesser abstractions. Infinity needs a face, like God, it needs an identity. Something to correlate the abstract and ineffable, the divine, with the lesser archetypes. A medium to which out frail mortal minds can use in machinative allusions. The Tree of Life is that archetype. More than a metaphor, more than a concept, more than an idea, it was a **hierarchical embodiment**. Formless, a shifting phantasma of eternal mysteries and power. It gives the Spirit **realism** but it is merely a digraded shadow, a lower ranking counterpart of what already is. Mankind likes to think, in their endless foolishness, the Earth as "reality". The Spirit come "before" the Form. Every thoughtform or worldform has a corresponding Spiritual manifestion that originally cast the reflection. The flesh is a lesser reflection of the Spirit...
