Yuri overheard the conversation between them, but he couldn't wrap his head around it. His face mirrored astonishment as he turned to Natasha. "What are you talking about?" he asked.
"Rain didn't tell you?" Natasha responded to her voice a mix of confusion and concern. "Frey was her childhood best friend. More like a sister, really. But one day, she just… vanished. I heard that after she disappeared, her family fled the city. But…" Natasha hesitated, "I mean, it's all rumours, so I can't say for sure."
Yuri couldn't shake the feeling of longing for Rain after everything they'd both been through. Although he was grateful to Rain, he couldn't understand why Frey had suddenly disappeared like that.
Natasha stepped out of the room for a moment, leaving Yuri and Rain alone to talk. Yuri glanced at Rain for a few moments before speaking up. "If you're still thinking about Frey, so am I... I keep wondering if I ever really understood her as you did. She was always in this bright spot, lighting up the shadow that hung over you, Rain. Maybe, if you find what's left of her, that light can return to shine away the darkness in you."
Yuri's words seemed to hang in the air, and Rain nodded slowly, a quiet understanding between them. "Every time I start to forget her," Rain said, his voice barely above a whisper, "the hole she left behind reappears. It's like this constant ache that never really fades." Yuri, with her hunged voice, agreed.
Later that evening, Natasha returned to the place where Rain and Yuri were talking and found them drunk-initially Natasha did not seem to mind it at first, but at last, Natasha woke the two hungover and told them to rest.
After convincing them, She returned to her call, which could not be overheard in the vast, luxurious space of the house; even Rain and Yuri couldn't hear. Natasha spoke with a calm voice; "So, any news about the search" followed by a deep-toned voice: "Yes Maam, We located the family of Frey and their Relative for more information, we found out that they relocated outside the city, quietly, but, so far, that's all the coverage we can give out to you.
While Talking to her phone, Natasha didn't notice that Rain and Yuri was still awake, the deep thoughts of them about them thinking about Frey.
Natasha returned to the room, finding Yuri and Rain still deep in thought, their expressions a mix of exhaustion and hope. She cleared her throat, bringing their attention back to her. "I didn't want to bring this up right away," she began, her voice careful, "but I've just received some news. I thought you both should hear it together."
Yuri and Rain exchanged a glance, both sensing the gravity in her tone. "We've found… a trace of Frey's family," Natasha continued, her gaze shifting between the two of them. "Apparently, they didn't completely disappear. They just… relocated, quietly, somewhere outside the city."
Rain's eyes lit up with a mix of shock and cautious hope. "So, you mean there's still a chance we could… find them? Maybe even find out what happened to Frey?"
Natasha nodded, her expression softening. "It's not much—just a lead, really. But it's something. We're looking into it as we speak, gathering whatever information we can."
Yuri felt his heart pick up pace, a flicker of hope he hadn't allowed himself in a long time. "This could be it," he murmured, glancing at Rain. "We might finally get some answers."
Natasha gave a reassuring nod, though her eyes held a hint of caution. "I'll keep you both updated. For now, maybe try to get some rest. Things might start moving fast from here."
Upheld the upcoming Days, Natasha held more and more information, everyday, socmed by hope, Rain and Yuri decided to join the search. With hope they searched all over the twisting corners of narrow pathway, and the slums. While Rain and Yuri are busy, Lisa on vacation, decided to walk along the based city of Urban Guimaras.
Generally walking, she bumped into an mysterious hooded girl, a face similar to Rain described her Friends.
"I'm, excuse me miss? Why... Are you so familiar to the childhood friend of Rain? " upod hearing the name of rain, the hooded girl deep in fear, ran away fast which in pace, Lisa could not get ahold in running that fast.
