She came to see me as well to tell me about my parents, and she suggested that I should meet you as we would be going to school together," Harry informed Neville carefully editing the conversation to not reveal too much as he still didn't really know the other boy.
"Really?" Neville stated and Harry wondered why the boy found it so difficult to believe him.
"Yes, really," he assured him.
"Wow! I mean, I did finally perform some accidental magic, but I was worried I didn't have enough magic to get a letter," Neville revealed and this Harry could understand.
"I know what you mean sort of," Harry told him. "I'm still having a hard time believing all this is real, and that I'm going to be attending a school for magic in the fall. My aunt and uncle always insisted that magic didn't exist." Harry watched as Neville's eyes widened in disbelief.
"Wouldn't your aunt have known about magic?"
"Yes," Harry replied shortly not wanting to focus on the issue. Neville seemed to understand that he didn't want to talk about it, and instead started telling him about some of the plants in the greenhouse. Harry appreciated the other boys actions, and smiled and asked questions occasionally which seemed to make the other boy more confident and outgoing. All in all, it was turning out to be a good visit.
