Chapter 7 - Trap

The man with a long face is Ironfeet.

Ironfeet jumped into the cave, holding a bright torch in his hand. Immediately after, several burly men wearing Taoist crowns jumped in. Ironfeet searched everywhere in the cave. Soon, he found the message of the mysterious king on the wall of the seventh floor.

Ironfeet was overjoyed. Trembling, he said, "Quick, quick, look for that key. If the old master knew about this Kuixing Tidu Tu, he would be extremely happy. Everyone, look for it quickly."

Those ten or so burly men searched everywhere but found nothing.

Ironfeet said, "Let's go to the next floor and take a look."

Ironfeet led the Taoist men and swarmed down. Just as they reached the lower floor, suddenly there was a fluttering sound from above. Looking up, it was as if a dark cloud was hovering overhead. Countless bats were densely circling on the roof. Suddenly, as if driven by something, the bats suddenly swooped down from mid-air!

Ironfeet was greatly shocked! He said, "Not good, it's the ghost-faced bats." He quickly sat cross-legged on the ground. With his left arm holding his chest and his right thumb pointing up and little finger pointing down, he shouted, "Hurry!" The ghost-faced bats suddenly stopped and no longer attacked. They flapped their wings and continuously circled in mid-air. The hill moving people under Ironfeet were startled and broke out in a cold sweat.

Tang Zhen was hiding in the darkness and secretly sighed in regret. He quickly retreated to the fourth floor. In the middle of the fourth floor, there was a large square vat. Tang Zhen hid behind the vat.

Ironfeet whistled and led everyone to spiral down the stairs. In an instant, they arrived at the fourth floor.

When entering the fourth floor, the hill moving people were all shocked when they saw the large vat in front of them. None of them understood why there would be such a square vat in this underground ancient tower. The people came up and examined it carefully. Suddenly, the lid of the square vat opened forcefully. A group of huge killer bees flew out from the vat.

It turned out that when Tang Zhen saw Ironfeet chasing closely, after reaching the copper vat, he quietly took out the Flying-catch-tool and hung it on the edge of the square vat. When Ironfeet and the others chased to the fourth floor and in front of the square vat, he pulled the Flying-catch-tool. The Flying-catch-tool broke the vat lid and immediately released the killer bees.

Tang Zhen opened the vat lid and quickly drifted away. He rushed into the second floor and came to the hole where the mysterious king entered this corpse-suppressing tower. He crawled into the hole, took off his long coat, and blocked the hole, fearing that the omnipresent killer bees would crawl into the hole.

The killer bees are extremely poisonous. If stung by one, it would be a nine-death situation. The hope of survival is extremely slim.

Tang Zhen only heard faint screams coming from above. After a while, the screams gradually disappeared. The empty corpse-suppressing tower was silent. As if nothing had ever happened. After a while, Tang Zhen slowly put down his long coat and jumped into the second floor. He listened carefully, but there was still no sound. He lit a fire stick and walked up to the fourth floor step by step.

The scene in front of him startled him. He saw more than a dozen burly men wearing Taoist crowns lying in disorder on the ground. Each one had muscle spasms, bulging eyes, and a pitch-black face. Obviously, they had been poisoned by the killer bees.

There were a pile of dead killer bees on the ground.

Tang Zhen walked up to the large vat and peeked inside. He almost vomited. Inside the square vat, a bee mother the size of a wild boar was wriggling. The white flesh on the bee mother's body was wriggling back and forth. The whole body was extremely ugly. Under the bee mother were puddles of body fluids in various colors, red, white, or green, which made people want to vomit when looking at them.

The killer bees will die if they sting someone. I wonder if there are any remaining killer bees in this small room?

But Tang Zhen guessed that he had already smeared a thick layer of corpse-fixing powder on his body, so it should be fine. He walked forward and tightly covered the vat lid. Then, he climbed up the stairs. Just as he reached the seventh floor, suddenly it became dark in front of him. A very tall and extremely thin figure jumped down and landed in front of Tang Zhen!

Holding a ghost-headed broadsword in his hand, he slashed at Tang Zhen!

Tang Zhen dodged backward. With the Po Hun Duo in his hand, he blocked the ghost-headed broadsword with lightning speed.

The person who came was Ironfeet. Ironfeet had a purplish-black bulge on his left wrist. Presumably, he had been stung by the killer bees. But Tang Zhen didn't know how Ironfeet had controlled the toxin of the killer bees.

Ironfeet's eyes were bloodshot. Like a mad tiger, he brandished his broadsword up and down, slashing wildly!

Tang Zhen tried his best to resist, but the Po Hun Duo in his hand gradually couldn't hold up. Slowly, he retreated to the corner.

Ironfeet had been poisoned by the killer bees and was also barely suppressing the poison with his internal energy. At this time, the poison had slowly spread up his arm.

If it was delayed for a while longer, it would probably be too late to save him. Ironfeet increased his attack, and his broadsword was like a violent storm.

With a clang, the Po Hun Duo in Tang Zhen's hand flew out!

Ironfeet grinned fiendishly and slashed at Tang Zhen with his broadsword!
