The cave was dimly lit, and a cold chill lingered in the air. Wally West, his ice skates still strapped to his feet, slid into the entrance of the cave, the cold wind following him inside. He'd lost his sense of direction after a brief detour, but now that he was back, there was no time to waste.
Wally: Shanna! I'm here! I'm sorry I'm late, I lost track of—
He stopped mid-sentence when he saw a figure standing in the shadows. He was about to step forward when, in a flash, something sharp sliced through the air. Wally's reflexes kicked in instantly, and he spun to the side, narrowly avoiding a deadly slash across his face.
Wally's heart raced, and his mind instantly shifted gears. The attacker was fast too fast. He could feel the cold, calculated malice radiating from the person standing before him.
Wally: Shanna?
The woman stepped out of the shadows, and with a flick of her hand, she pulled off a blonde wig, revealing her true identity Lady Deathstrike, her claws gleaming in the low light.
Wally's face blurred in an instant, his body vibrating at high speed as he masked his identity. His voice dropped to a low, intense growl.
Wally: Wh-Where's the Queen of Savage Island?
Lady Deathstrike smirked, the edges of her claws tracing lightly across her chin.
Lady Deathstrike: Oh, she's fine...
She paused, her eyes narrowing with a cold, calculated gleam.
Lady Deathstrike: Taking care of things... with Stryker himself.
Wally's fists clenched, and for a moment, his usual calm was replaced with a storm of fury. His heart thudded harder as the realization hit Shanna, the Queen of the Savage Land, had been taken. The place he had hoped would be a refuge was now a prison, and it was worse than he thought.
Wally: Stryker...
Lady Deathstrike's smirk deepened as she took a step closer, her claws gleaming dangerously.
Lady Deathstrike: You're too late, speedster. Stryker's plans are already in motion. And now...
Her claws extended fully, glinting under the dim light as she made another move toward Wally.
Lady Deathstrike: It's your turn to play.
Wally's mind raced. His speed could outmatch her, but Stryker and his army were a different threat altogether. His eyes narrowed, the usual humor in his voice replaced by pure determination.
Wally: I don't have time to play, lady.
In an instant, he was a blur of motion, his fist aimed right for Lady Deathstrike's face. He couldn't waste any more time. He had to rescue Shanna and stop Stryker, no matter the cost.
His heart was racing, every muscle tense and ready to spring into action. But just as he was about to launch himself forward, he saw something a figure moving fast from the shadows. Before Wally could react, the figure appeared, blocking his path.
Lady Deathstrike: Thanks God you're here, Blob.
Wally froze in mid-step, his eyes narrowing as he looked up at the massive figure in front of him. His brain scrambled for recognition, and then it clicked.
Wally: Yo—you're Blob??
The man was enormous, his body bulging with muscle and a round, intimidating figure that barely fit in the cave's entrance. His presence made the ground feel like it was shaking underfoot. But Wally wasn't about to show fear. Instead, he smirked, an idea flashing in his head.
Wally: I hope you don't squash me with those big belly titties.
Lady Deathstrike took a step back, a mixture of confusion and disbelief washing over her face. She sighed, muttering under her breath.
Lady Deathstrike: Oh boy…
Blob's eyes bulged, his face turning crimson with anger. He roared, a deep growl shaking the air around him as he rushed toward Wally, his massive form lurching forward like a bulldozer.
Blob: What did you just call me, you punk?!
Wally's eyes widened in mock surprise, but before Blob could land his devastating attack, Wally shot forward, his superspeed kicking in. The massive man lunged, but Wally was already gone in a blur, dodging Blob's massive arms and leaving a trail of ice in his wake.
Wally: Whoa, big guy, easy there. You need to go on a diet or something?
In an instant, Wally spun around and punched Blob in the side of the head, his blow landing with enough force to create a small crater in the ground beneath Blob's feet.
The result? Nothing.
Blob stood there, unfazed, his expression more annoyed than hurt.
Blob: That all you got, punk?
Before Wally could react, Blob's massive hands shot out, gripping Wally's head in a vice-like grip. The force of Blob's hands was enough to crush Wally's skull if he wasn't careful. Wally's eyes widened as he realized how dangerous this situation was.
Blob: I got you now, freak.
With his grip tightening, Wally could feel his head starting to feel the pressure. But Wally wasn't one to give up so easily. He twisted his body, using his speed to rapidly kick Blob in the ribs, in the stomach, anywhere he could. Each kick hit with precision, the vibrations shaking Blob's body, but it still wasn't enough to break free.
Wally: Come on! Let go of my head, you overgrown muscle-bound maniac!
But Blob just grinned, his grip tightening even more. It felt like Wally's skull might implode at any moment. This was bad really bad. But Wally didn't panic. Instead, he dug deeper into his speed, pushing it to the limits. His feet moved like a blur, kicking Blob faster and faster, until finally, the force of his rapid-fire kicks made Blob's hands loosen just enough for Wally to slip free.
Wally: Not today, big guy!
With a final surge of speed, Wally zipped backward, his body a blur as he created a small distance between them. He caught his breath, his eyes darting between Blob and Lady Deathstrike, both of whom were now glaring at him with rage.
Wally: Man, I thought you'd be more fun. Next time, try to pick on someone your own size... like, maybe a sumo wrestler or something.
Wally stood there, muscles tensed and ready for another strike, his mind racing. He needed answers. He needed to find the queen and the location of their hideout before they all paid the price. He glared at Blob and Lady Deathstrike, not bothering to hide the challenge in his eyes.
Wally: Where is she? Where's the queen, and where's her location now?
Blob chuckled darkly, his face twisting into an almost comical grin. His massive body shifted as he prepared to move, his arms swaying like thick tree trunks.
Blob: It's a secret, boy! Now behold my power!
Without any warning, Blob surged forward, launching himself into the air with an impossible force. The ground beneath his feet cracked, and the air seemed to quake as he soared high, his bulk defying expectations.
Wally blinked, genuinely taken aback by the sight. His mouth quirked into a smirk as he watched Blob's enormous frame defy gravity for a brief moment.
Wally: Woah, I never thought fat people could jump that high?
But just as he said it, Blob twisted mid-air and began to plummet down toward him like an out-of-control wrecking ball, arms outstretched, ready to squash anything in his path.
Blob: Cannonball!
In that split second, Wally's mind raced. He wasn't about to let this giant land a hit. With a burst of superspeed, Wally zipped to the side, then, within two seconds, switched places with Lady Deathstrike his speed so fast that it left a blur in the air as he reappeared directly behind her, right where she had been standing.
Lady Deathstrike: Wait Blob, stop!
But it was too late. Blob, barreling down with terrifying force, crashed into Lady Deathstrike before she could even register what had happened. The impact was deafening as her body was crushed under Blob's massive weight. She was buried in the rubble, her body contorted beneath him, a grim expression of disbelief frozen on her face.
Blob, completely unfazed by his attack, grinned widely as he stood, his giant hands resting on his hips, looking down at the mess he'd made.
Blob: I told ya, boy. You don't mess with Blob!
Wally stood in shock for a moment, staring at the scene. His eyes darted between Blob and the pile of rubble. There was no way Lady Deathstrike could have survived that impact. The sheer weight of Blob was enough to crush anything in his path.
Wally: Well, that's one way to shut someone up…
Wally's mind quickly turned back to his mission, shaking off the surprise. He needed to focus. He wasn't done yet. He still had to find the queen. Looking up at Blob, Wally cracked his knuckles, his speed ready to take him into overdrive.
Wally: Alright, Blob, now it's just you and me. Tell me where the queen is. This can go easy for you… or not.
Blob smirked, oblivious to the danger. He wasn't going to give up so easily. But Wally had a plan and he wasn't about to let this giant get the better of him.
He pulled something out of nowhere a frying pan. The metallic clang echoed through the cave.
Blob stared at him, his eyes narrowing.
Blob: Interesting toy you've got there. But... where the hell did you get that from? The cave? Think you can beat me with it?
Wally grinned, his usual cocky attitude coming through even in the face of the imposing villain. He twirled the frying pan with ease, giving Blob a sideways glance.
Wally: Hmp, let's fight already, big fat belly chubby son of a big humpback whale.
Blob's eyes turned red with rage.
Blob: You're gonna regret that, punk!
His nostrils flared as he growled low, his patience wearing thin. He barreled toward Wally, his massive fists raised in a thunderous punch.
Blob: Go ahead, try and beat me. If you win, I'll give you the location of the Queen of Savage Island.
Wally, unfazed, stood his ground. As Blob swung his fist down with tremendous force, Wally effortlessly blocked it with his left arm. His body vibrated slightly from the force of the punch, but his stance didn't falter.
Wally: I'll take you up on that deal, Blob. Don't worry about me...
With a swift motion, Wally used his right arm to vibrate at an insane speed, launching a punch right at Blob's stomach. It landed with a shocking thud but Blob barely flinched. He smirked, unfazed by the attack.
Blob: How nice of you. You think you can actually hurt me?
Wally's eyes widened as he looked down at his right arm. The suit had been damaged, torn at the seams from the impact. His suit was in shambles.
Wally: Oh... shit...
Before Wally could react, Blob appeared behind him in a blur, his gigantic hand swinging down to crush him. Blob's voice thundered as he attacked.
Blob: Think fast!
Wally immediately ducked, narrowly avoiding the crushing blow, but Blob was relentless. His voice rumbled as he moved in for the kill.
Blob: A real fight for survival!
The air was thick with tension. Blob charged at Wally again, landing a punch that sent Wally stumbling backward, but he didn't fall.
Wally:(Thinking)This guy just won't quit...
The sheer power of the hit rattled him, but Wally's quick reflexes were enough to keep him on his feet.
Blob: Now we're talking! A real fight for death, you little shit!
Blob swung his leg like a battering ram, kicking Wally with enough force to shatter rocks around him. Wally spun, dodging the blow with a blur of speed, his body moving faster than the eye could track.
But Blob wasn't done. With a triumphant roar, he rushed Wally once more, ready to finish this fight.
In a split second, Wally closed the distance between them, and with a burst of incredible strength, he grabbed Blob by the waist. He gritted his teeth, lifting the massive man off his feet.
Wally: You talk too much. Makes you look weak, and it's annoying!
With a powerful swing, Wally threw Blob over his shoulder. The force was so intense that Blob landed with a resounding crash, right next to the pile of rubble where Lady Deathstrike lay.
Just as Blob tried to stir and get up, he was hit again, this time by the sheer force of his own landing.
Wally stood tall, breathing heavily but unfazed. He looked at Blob, then glanced over to Lady Deathstrike, who was slowly regaining consciousness.
Wally: So, Blob… ready to talk?
Blob's massive hands gripped Wally's ribs like a vice, crushing with unrelenting strength. Wally's face contorted in pain as Blob smirked down at him, a gleeful glint in his eyes.
Blob: Kidding... Very impressive, speedster. You almost got me there.
With a savage grin, Blob slammed Wally against the ground, the impact shaking the entire cave. Then, like a ragdoll, Blob lifted Wally again and repeated the slam, each blow harder than the last.
Blob: We may be enemies, but I've got to admit... you're pretty good. Never thought I'd say this, hehehe.
Wally lay motionless on the ground, his breaths shallow. Blob loomed over him, triumphant, savoring his apparent victory. But then, something felt... off. Blob's grin faded as he looked down at the still body of his opponent.
Blob: (Thinking) I beat him... But why can't I feel anything? I don't feel the joy of winning. I don't really sense anything at all...
He paused, his brows furrowing in confusion.
Blob: Ohh... I get it... I was dreaming the whole time...
Blob's eyes widened as the reality hit him. He wasn't standing victoriously; he was sprawled on the ground, his massive body slumped against the cave wall. His limbs felt heavy, his vision hazy.
Above him, Wally stood tall, unscathed, his usual cocky smirk firmly in place. The flying pan, gleaming faintly in the dim cave light, rested casually in Wally's grip.
Blob struggled to piece it together, the hallucination of his victory crumbling.
Blob: The... the whole... fight was... a...
Wally chuckled, twirling the pan like it was the world's greatest weapon.
Wally: Not true, big guy. I was aiming for your head the entire time with my trusty frying pan.
Blob's eyes widened in disbelief.
Blob: You... you little...
Wally leaned closer, his voice cold and cutting.
Wally: (Cold Tone) All that trash talk and brute strength can't protect you from someone who actually knows how to think.
Blob tried to move, but his face throbbed with pain. It was then he realized what had happened. Wally had been targeting his vulnerabilities the entire time. His blows had been precise, aimed at Blob's eyes, nose, mouth, and ears the only parts of him not protected by his near-invulnerable skin.
Wally: Your body might be indestructible, but your face? Your eyes, nose, mouth, and ears don't have the same protection. While you were busy dreaming about beating me, I was smacking that thick skull of yours to make you hallucinate.
Blob groaned, realization dawning on him as he tried to lift his arms, but his body refused to cooperate. The frying pan had done more damage than he thought not through brute force, but precision and sheer speed.
Wally crouched down, tapping Blob's forehead lightly with the pan giving him a creepy vibe.
Wally: So, ready to tell me where the Queen is? Or do you want another round with "Dreamland"?
Blob's face twisted in frustration and begrudging respect as he realized he'd been completely outplayed.
Blob: (sigh) Fine i tell you the location and how we kidnap her....
