While Ashiro and the others were waiting solemnly, the gamma ray barrier flickered, it's glow fading just enough to create an opening. A chilling roar from the Kaiju horde reverberated through the battlefield, signaling their bloodlust. Without hesitation, Ashiro, Shikaku, Ino, and Inoue surged forward into the chaos, their bio weapons gleaming with lethal intent.
Ashiro, with his Konran, moved like a shadow among the monsters. The living blade extended and twisted, it's energy slicing through Kaiju flesh like molten steel through ice. A massive quadruped Kaiju lunged at him, it's grotesque mandibles snapping. But Ashiro sidestepped with inhuman agility, thrusting the Konran deep into his skull. The creature spasmed violently, spraying dark, viscous blood everywhere before collapsing.
