Chapter: A Difficult Choice
Adam watched Emily closely, noting the slight shift in her demeanor.
The trembling in her hands had lessened, and her posture was straighter.
She was no longer completely consumed by fear. Sensing the moment was right, Adam leaned forward, his voice calm but firm.
"Miss Emily," he began, his tone calculated to hold her attention, "I know you've worked alongside Samuel, but seeing your skills, I want to offer you and Krish a choice."
Adam knows the potential of Emily and Krish, he wants to use both of them for his future plans, he will never get a better opportunity than this.
That's why Adam makes this offer to Kris and Emily that he will overlook all their crimes including the fact that they both worked with Samuel.
His words drew the attention of everyone in the room. Emily's green eyes darted toward Adam, unsure of his intentions.
