At Ava's question, James leaned closer, his voice low and serious.
"Well, it is no news to you that Ethan Gray has been involved in a lot of shady corporate dealings..." He began and Ava swallowed hard.
"This is not going to be good!" Ava thought to herself, bracing herself for what he would say.
"I want to expose one particular wrongdoing of his and bring him to book for it." He said then reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a small device.
"Here..." He handed over the chip to her and Ava collected it, her eyebrows furrowing as she wondered what the further orders would be.
"You are going to find a way to plant that chip in Ethan's bedroom. And it must be within the next two days." James dropped the bombshell.
Ava's mouth fell in shock.
"His bedroom? W... What? No, this is a suicide mission." Ava protested wildly.
