"So... When will be the first time this month that I'II see you?' Lisa's voice echoed in his thoughts, laced with a mixture of impatience and affection.
Ancillin chuckled softly, a mischievous glint in his eye as he responded without changing his pace. "Patience, love. We've been preoccupied with a few pressing matters."
"What matters?" Her voice was curious, tinged with concern.
