Lucius and the others had arrived at their apartment, only to stop when they saw the state of their apartment.
Their once tidy and secure residence was now partially collapsed. There were cracks all over the wall.
The top-floor area, which was her apartment before, had also caved in completely.
For a moment, none of them spoke.
Luna let out a low whistle. "Well... this is new."
Loreia's eyebrow twitched as she could not believe it. "I'm gone for one meal, and we come back to this?"
She stepped forward, kicking a chunk of stone. "This is just great."
Liora, as usual, was still calm. She scanned the area to see if it was safe. "The damage is extensive. The structure is no longer safe."
Lucius rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "It's impressive, in a way. Whoever did this must have been in a hurry."
Luna kicked a broken chair with her foot, watching as it toppled over. "You think someone wanted to send us a message?"
