Without them, he couldn't send them into the virtual world, but before he could think further, his stomach growled.
Lucius blinked as he suddenly remembered about the food that Loreia was supposed to have brought back.
He turned toward Loxen, his eyes narrowing. As he observed Loxen closely, he noticed something strange.
Aside from the scent of blood, there was another smell coming from Loxen. Lucius's gaze sharpened. "…Loxen."
Loxen's tail flicked uncomfortably, and he immediately stepped back.
Lucius exhaled slowly. His eyes became cold. "So, you ate the food she brought?"
Loxen's ears twitched, and after a brief moment, he lowered his head in submission. "…Sorry."
Lucius sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "I should've expected that."
