"Your sister's moan was quite… melodious," I sneered, with a twisted smile on my face. "But your mother? She was even more delicious."
"Huh?" he could barely process the man's words, his brain stumbling in shock.
I laughed, seeing his reaction. "Didn't catch that? I said, they were great bed warmers—your sister and mother, that is."
"Mother?sis?… YOUUu…" he could feel rage boiling over, threatening to break free. "YOU BASTARD! I'LL END YOU! I'LL CHASE You To The Ends Of The Earth If I Have To AND FUCKING KILL YOU BASTARD!"
I rolled my eyes, unfazed by his anger. "No need to shout! I can hear you just fine, Shinji."
Shinji struggled to understand the situation, his mind clouded with fury and confusion. "What… Wh..hy are you doing this?"
I sneered. "I'm your bully, not the other way around, you pathetic excuse for a rebel. You should be licking my boots, but instead, you have the audacity to defy me? JUST BECAUSE I BULLIED YOU A LITTLE? IS THAT REALLY ENOUGH TO DRIVE YOU TO KILL ME?" I shouted my lungs out.
Shinji's hands clenched. "I have no idea... what you are saying!"
I laughed, as if his pain was my amusement. "Oh, don't try anything foolish dear, Your mother? She's already hooked on me, like a drug. And those lovely accessories your sister wears? Are all rigged with explosives. Pray I don't get bored enough to use them."
"You're… not human," shinji muttered, realizing just how twisted this man was.
"Human?" I chuckled darkly. "Don't make me laugh. Life now is either do or die, bitch." I turned to another man beside me. "Take him. Cut his leg, chain him up, and lock him in the lowest level of the basement."
"Yes, sir." replied the men near me.
I sneered at that bastard as they dragged him away. "If it weren't for your damn time-reversal ability and that shopping log you have, I would've killed you right now."
[Why don't you just finish him off?]
A voice echoed in my head.
"Not yet. Until that ability is confirmed as useless, I can't take the risk." I glanced at the screen in front of me. "I've worked too hard for this revenge. I'm not letting it slip."
The memory twisted as I remembered that day… how everything had led to this point. That day, just before the world collapsed…or the day before I came back....
—Flashback—
"Why?" I gasped, feeling hands clutching at me from all sides. "Why are you all doing this to me? I gave you shelter, food—everything! Didn't I?"
"Shelter?food, that piece of bread a day! " someone sneered. "You call that a favor?"
"Please," I whimpered, "I don't want to die… please, I just… I want to live…"
"Live?" One of them spat. "After everything you've done, you think you deserve that?"
"What… what have I done?" I stammered, desperate.
"Don't play innocent," another replied coldly. "You used us people as human shields so you could live comfortably. You exploited every last one of us while your men terrorized our families. Your twisted pleasures in… using other wives, daughters…for your men's to stay loyal to you. Do you really think we could forget their cries?"
"So what?" I spat back. "I gave you shelter. You should be grateful."
Someone behind me whispered, "Shinji, don't antagonize him anymore."
A girl stepped forward. "Please, end this now, or I might change my mind." she said with bitterness in her words.
Her voice was calm, but her eyes… they held something I couldn't decipher.
"Sophia why are you here!" The man's name that Sophia spoke off cyall her out.
"Sophia? Is that you?" I gasped, reaching out. "Please, help me. I can't move. I need you."
She paused, her gaze softening for just a moment. "I've waited... And dream for you to say that…" she murmured. "Even now, knowing what you have done, that made me… happy. I am surely pethedic."
"Then help me, Sophia! Just this once, and I'll treat you better, I swear…"
"..." She remained silent, her gaze distant.
"Sophia?" I tried again, panicked.
She took a slow breath, finally breaking the silence. "Gun, do you even know our daughter's birthday?"
"Daughter? Whose daughter?" I exclam. But I soon regretted saying it. There were 365 possibilities and i should at least try 3 or 4 times but I made an amateur mistake.
A faint, bitter smile played on her lips. "I was foolish to think you could change. I was willing to forgive you for killing my sister… to believe in you. But… it's too late now."
"What?" I snapped, trying to keep control. "Are you insane, Sophia? I'm the one who took you in! Your master. Show some loyalty!"
She looked at me, a strange calm in her eyes. "I'm sorry. But for my daughter's sake, I can't let her grow up knowing what you truly are. I'll tell her you were a hero, a father who died protecting her… because that's the only good thing I can do for her now."
"You—!" Fury replaced desperation. "You… you slept with someone else, didn't you? That's why you're turning on me now! Slut!" I spat. "You're all the same, every last one of you—"
"Enough," Shinji said softly, holding his gun steady as he aimed at me. His eyes were cold, unwavering. " You were really annoying in my past live so i had to hunt you down...Goodbye, Gun. I hope… wherever you end up, it's crueler than hell."
Bang!
A searing pain shot through my body, ripping a scream from my throat. "ARGHH… IT HURTS… IT REALLY HURTS…"
"Pathetic," he muttered, his voice dripping with disdain. "Crying over this? Even kids can handle worse these days."
"Bang!*
Someone struck me from behind with what felt like a heavy shovel. The impact sent me sprawling, each hit jolting every nerve in my body. Soon, the others joined in, beating me with whatever they could grab— pipes, sticks, their fists. I curled up, trying to protect myself, but every inch of me throbbed with pain. It was agony, and in my mind, I clung to a single thought: 'This is all his fault.'
As they pounded me, I struggled, crawling toward Shinji. I latched onto his ankle, sinking my teeth into him with every bit of strength I could summon. The taste of blood filled my mouth as I bit deeper, ripping into his flesh.
"Get off, you psycho!" He cursed, kicking me hard in the face. I tumbled backward, but the satisfaction of the torn skin in my mouth was the only shred of victory I had left. If only I were one of those infected—maybe then I could pass something to him, something that would haunt him…
But my defiance only made their attacks more relentless. Each blow blurred the world around me until I could barely see, barely hear.
Suddenly, a strange sound chimed inside my head.

I thought I was hallucinating, but the voice continued.

Am I… dying?
I lay there, barely breathing, my vision clouding as my mind drifted. From the corner of my eye, I saw Sophia—standing there, her expression unreadable as she argued with Shinji. After a few tense words, he handed her the gun. She walked over, standing above me, and raised it slowly.
'So… she'll be the one to finish this?' I thought bitterly. If I survive, I swear I'll make her regret this.
But deep down, I knew there was no surviving this. I'd fallen too far to crawl back up. If I'd known this was where my life would lead, maybe… maybe I'd have done things differently. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE TORTURE THEM MORE!.. But there was no going back now.
*Bang.*
*Ding*
(Status unstable 2/3)
The world faded, darkness overtaking me. As my last thoughts drifted into silence, I swore to myself, If I survive this… I'll make every single one of you pay.
