Chapter 134 - Chapter 134: Thanos: I Don’t Know You at All!

Dark red smoke filled the air as Thanos narrowed his eyes at the woman in red standing before him.

"Demon, it's time to pay for the blood on your hands!" Wanda's voice was low, filled with determination. "In hell, remember my name!"

Her dramatic words were clearly inspired by Thor—she'd learned well.

Thanos looked bewildered. "I don't know you at all."

Whose child is this? he wondered, confused. Is she unwell?

"You will," Wanda replied, launching her attack. Red energy surged from her hands, crashing into Thanos and making him stagger. She followed with a barrage of red energy blasts aimed directly at his head. Thanos could usually withstand energy attacks, but Wanda's magic was different; it was dark, insidious, and eroded his strength as it clung to him.

Ebony Maw, reacting quickly, picked up Cull Obsidian's abandoned chain axe and sent it hurtling toward Wanda like a snake.

Wanda, deep in her spellcasting, couldn't react in time to summon a shield. But before the axe could strike, Carol, glowing with renewed energy, grabbed the other end of the chain. She spun it twice like a meteor hammer and smashed it toward the Black Order.

Ebony Maw and Corvus Glaive dodged out of the way, while the massive axe hurtled toward Cull Obsidian.

Though Cull Obsidian had a tough hide, he knew better than to face his own weapon head-on—especially after seeing Carol's strength. Just as he prepared to dodge, a golden portal appeared in front of him, and a hand reached out, tapping him on the chest.

What's this? A gentle tap on the chest? Cull Obsidian wondered, puzzled by the weak touch.

But as Carol's axe swung toward him, he suddenly felt lighter and looked down in horror. His own body lay below him, impaled by the chain axe.

"Soul magic! Kamar-Taj's Sorcery!" Ebony Maw shouted, recognizing the technique.

Cull Obsidian's soul tried to return to his body, but it passed right through, unable to reconnect.

Thor, who had cast the spell, smirked. Good luck undoing this, Maw.

"This guy's vitality is insane—he won't die with just one hit!" Thor called out.

Carol, realizing the opportunity, swung the chain axe with Cull Obsidian's body still attached, smashing it toward the remaining three members of the Black Order.

Ebony Maw quickly lifted himself off the ground, telekinetically summoning metal spears to attack Carol, though they barely scratched her. Frustrated, he sent massive iron pillars crashing down like mountains.

"Boom!" The pillars shattered as they struck Carol, briefly obscuring her in a cloud of dust.

Cull Obsidian's body slumped to the ground, no longer even remotely human—though "beast" might be a better term for his form.

Seeing an opportunity, Corvus Glaive thrust his double-edged spear toward the spot where Carol had landed. His spear, crafted from a metal as strong as Vibranium, was designed to pierce anything.

But Carol, still in the dust, caught the spearhead mid-thrust, holding it firmly. Corvus Glaive pulled with all his strength, but it wouldn't budge.

Unlike Cull Obsidian, who could easily discard his weapon, Corvus Glaive poured much of his power into his spear and wasn't about to let it go. He swung his fist at Carol in desperation, but she met his punch head-on.

"Boom!" Corvus Glaive flew backward like a cannonball. His right arm, which had taken the impact, was visibly shattered, hanging limply at his side.

Ebony Maw and Proxima Midnight moved to rescue him, but Thor blocked their path, sweeping Gungnir to drive them back.

Thor used the Spear of Eternity as a staff, slamming it toward Proxima Midnight, who barely managed to dodge. Back in his early days, Thor could handle the Black Order without weapons—now, even they knew better than to face him head-on.

Meanwhile, Corvus Glaive, still airborne from Carol's punch, saw her fist approaching him again. Before he could react, her fist connected with his face, slamming him into the ground with tremendous force.

"Boom!" Corvus Glaive's body hit the superalloy floor so hard that even the reinforced metal cracked beneath him.
