I think I'll just try to ignore Alex's and Daphne's masochism or whatever, hopefully it doesn't become a problem. For now, I think I'll go out and see how well my people are getting along so far.
Walking around town, I saw the amazons and elves working busily on construction. They seem to be working separately, but that is fine for now. As long as they're not fighting or bickering, I don't mind if they are not very friendly with each other.
"How about we go to the baths?" I asked.
"Of course," said Daphne.
"I could use a bath," said Alex, after sniffing herself.
The bath's changing room was already a little too crowded, and it will probably get even more crowded now that I am here. Good thing they are already building more baths.
