I woke up to the sound of Alex's gentle snores beside me,I turned my head to see him sleeping peacefully,a soft smile on his face. The morning sunlight streaming through the window highlighted the soft angles of his face, making him look more handsome than he had the night before. I couldn't help but smile back at him.Last night was incredible ,the way he had made love to me ,the way he had touched me,the way our lips moved in perfect sync , the way he had looked at me,it had all been so overwhelming ,so intense.
Alex stirred and opened his eyes,he looked at me and his face broke out into a wild smil
e " good morning" he said he's voice sleepy " good morning" I replied smiling back at him ,we laid there for a few moments just looking at each other,then Alex reached out and gently brushed a strand of hair out of my face "I had a great time last night" he said he's eyes locked on mine,I felt a blush rise to my cheeks " yeah,me too" I replied.
Alex smiled and lean to kiss me,it was a soft, gentle kiss but it made me feel butterflies ,as we pulled back and looked at each other ,he smiled " I wanna keep waking up with you every morning" he said, he's hands placed on my cheeks,I smiled back at him " me too" I replied ,just then Alex phone rang ,shrill and insistent . Alex's eyes flicked to the phone,and he got up to answer it " I'll be right back" he said and moved out of the room,after a few minutes,he came back inside " everything okay". I asked ,he nodded ". Yeah, everything is fine" he replied,I smiled and stood up " good, I'm starving, want to grab some breakfast?" I asked , he's face lit up with a smile " sounds great" he said
We went to a nearby cafe and after eating our breakfast,Alex suggested we go to the beach for a stroll . As we walked along the beach,the warm sand squishing between our toes ,Alex turned to me with a smile " want to take a walk along the shore" he asked ,I nodded,we walked hand in hand along the waters edge ,the waves crashed against our legs sending spray flying up in the air. We laughed and talked enjoying the warm sunshine and the cool ocean breeze " hey, want to go for a swim" he asked ,I nodded and we walked down to the waters edge ,the waves crashed against our legs, Alex laughed an pulled into the water , splashing me playfully ,I shrieked and splashed him back and we spent the next hour playing in the waves. At some point,Alex pulled me closed and kissed me ,the salt water tangling our lips ,as he pulled away,I looked into his eyes " who was this man? Why did I feel this way when am with him? he made me feel things I didn't want to feel and it felt so good.
