Dalton was golfing with the twins at his exclusive, luxurious golf club when Aiden arrived with a food delivery bag. And Maya wasn't with him.
"Again?" Dalton poured his disappointment into his golf club, whacking the ball so hard that it soared through the air and landed far away.
"Why are you acting so aggressively?" River asked with amusement.
Aiden gave a laugh. "Our big bro's girl doesn't want to see his face."
"Are you and Maya having issues? She doesn't seem like herself lately," Oliver said, shooting the ball with tenderness and grace. The ball rolled smoothly into the hole.
Oliver grinned. "How many strokes do I have?" he asked the boy who was keeping track of the scores.
"The majority," the boy replied.
"Yeah!" Oliver pumped his fist into the air. "I won!"
