Start of the school year with the bringing of spring upon the world.
Walking alone in the hard flat surfaced streets that are utterly surrounded by the pink cherry blossoms, students flock around, associating with others.
Whether it was pairs or groups of individuals and others that are alone.
One of these students who walk in this Humid day that continues to strike the young students with the sun and cursing them with sweat, Is Nihongo Arata.
A boy in the exact same uniform and more on the average-looking side.
The uniform Is a navy dark blue with a darkish gold outline around the bottom of the blazer, Underneath this smooth blazer is a neat buttoned shirt with a baggy collar for comfortability.
A decently long tie that's tightly locked onto the baggy collar, the color of it an even darker shade of blue than the blazer.
The pants are long painted with an Identical color to the blazer, neat and not tight yet not too baggy.
In this extreme heat and weather, and clothed in this formal uniform, our protagonist Saunters towards a school of a special type of classes, alone.
And while he does, we peek into his current thoughts.

.
There's a popular quote that not many others live by
"All people have two faces" Some will see both faces of the person they choose to look at.
Whether this may be a significant other, a friend, or a classmate.
Perhaps family, or a close member of your family.
It's quite rare to see their second face, more likely because they unconsciously hide it from others, and are only truly figured out by a close relationship some can't even dream of.
Or perhaps, they walk in during the time when they are playing the role of their 'second face'.
Anyway, enough of the yapping.
The point is that all people consciously and unconsciously deceive others for their own needs and greed.
Even if they're being honest in assisting you, they won't do it without it benefiting themselves also.
It could be money, trust building, or their own happiness, as long as they gain what they were searching for, people don't really care how much they're helping you.
That's my theory of the 'second face' genre.
On the other hand, just because I researched and studied this quote, does not mean I believe in it.
I believe in what I'd call the 'Third Face Theory'.
Here's how it goes.
The first face, you show it around the world, is commonly used and consistently used everywhere and on everyone.
The second face, is one that is only shown to close relationships and friendships, whether it's their secret weaknesses or strengths.
And finally, the third face, one only shown to yourself and yourself alone, if ever shown, you must do whatever you think is necessary to keep it hidden.
If it's shown, your social life, work life, and possible physical life would crumble in your hands before your very own gaze.
Personally, I don't believe many people have this third face, but I damn know well that I do.
And in order to keep this face of mine a secret to others, I've prepared a code.
And my first rule to this code is simple.
Do not trust in others unless you made preparations in order for one you placed trust in, to carry out what they are trusted with.
Carrying these exact thoughts, Nihongo Arata moves forward, now toward the school known as Kyoto Specialized Grade High School (Kyoto Toku-ka gurÄdo KĹkĹ)
Now fixing his gaze from his own shadow in front of him, toward the large location in front of him.
A large pillar-like building takes up hundreds of yards worth of area in multiple buildings and outdoor fields, the buildings surrounding this massive pillar-like tower that nearly pierces the sky, are made of a quartz-like material of white.
On sight it was obvious this was no ordinary school, this was a place for those with hidden talents to grow and show them.
Nearly from top to bottom of this massive tower pillar structure, were windows representing each floor, made for different areas of education.
Gym rooms with the finest and richest equipment.
Classrooms with electronic whiteboards and desks for subjects like maths, English, and science.
Fields and areas for outside physical education and sports.
Even with built-in apartment rooms for some floors, split into sections for females and males.
And at the main reception area at the building in front of this massive pillar, was a massive badge-like logo on the roof of it, placed and shown to all who gaze upon the school.
The badge is outlined in gold and colored in with silver, with a donkey outlined on the inside of the logo wearing a college graduation hat.
Finally, when Nihongo Arata approaches, the bright silver gates are about five meters wide and ten meters tall, with two middle-aged men, in black suits and decently built bodies standing on either side with their hands laid onto their sides.
"Kyoto Specialized Grade High School, huh" Arata mutters under his breath as he exhales, looking up at the heaven-reaching tower, about four or five meters away from the school gates.
"That must mean big sis is here too" Arata mutters once more, now walking a little further till suddenly, a commotion breaks out.
"Get off of me!" A voice of a young girl screams out, while crowds walk by keeping their eyes on the drama as they walk through the school gates.
Arata averts his eyes from the towering school, towards the commotion.
A young girl with long black hair that falls down her back, a gold small earing on her left ear, a nearly flat chest, and slim stomach, thighs that are decently and nicely sized in a school buttoned blouse and short skirt that reaches up to her lower thigh that's colored navy blue, along with a light blue bow tie.
She's getting pulled by the hair and dragged slightly upwards, as she struggles to stand kicking her feet.
The boy pulling her looked like a delinquent type of person, with short brown hair and a fit body with extremely oversized black pants and a large belt obviously sticking out to hold them up, his white buttoned shirt unbuttoned from the top two buttons, smiling and laughing slightly.
"This kind of drama on the first day? I guess just like everywhere, there's the good and bad" Arata mutters to himself again, now getting ready to turn away, closing his eyes to a situation he isn't involved in, just like the rest of the student body that's currently entering the school.
"Please get off me! I need to see Hinako!" The girl screams now punching in the air in a struggling attempt to punch the delinquent in the face.
"Hinako?..." Arata mutters heavily, now turning back instantly to the girl.
"Hey you got a pretty body, how bout I make it to good use?" The delinquent sees smirking deeply, now attempting to touch the girl's chest.
"Hands off" A boy's voice out of nowhere fades in, the boy's hand gripping the delinquent, now pulling it off where it was about to touch before letting go.
Nihongo Arata stands before the two of them, looking right at the delinquent, his black pupils gazing upon the delinquent's sharp eyes and nose.
The girl gives off a look of surprise, unlike the delinquent whose sharp gleaming eyes widen in slight anger, his crooked grin now turning into a stern face.
"And who are you, her boyfriend or something" The guy says rudely now shoving the girl aside and clenching his fist, looking slightly down at Nihongo Arata who stares at him blankly, as if he is seeing right through him.
"Just an acquaintance, so like I've asked, may you back off" Arata now says to him his voice sounding dead as his gaze, now pulling his hands out of his pockets.
The delinquent grunts signing that he didn't like that his dirty actions were stopped, clenching his fist harder getting ready to swing.
"What in the hell do you think you're doing, talking to me like that!" He yells out grabbing more people's attention, getting ready to throw a punch.
Suddenly another boy with brown short hair, a slit eyebrow, and a little shorter than the Delinquent grabs his shoulder, looking just as much as troublesome as him.
"Come on Yukito, it ain't worth it, it's the first day of school, and you can get expelled" The other boy looks a little concerned, now looking at Nihongo Arata and the innocent black-haired girl.
Shrugging the boy's hand off his shoulder, they both turn around, the slightly taller one looking slightly agitated as they do.
"You hurt?" Nihongo asks a little concerned toward the girl, now turning his head around to her, his blank stare and tone of his voice remaining as always.
"Mm-mm, But thanks, I was in serious trouble then," The girl says now shaking her head side to side slightly whilst gazing down to the floor, her body quite shaken from the attack.
Nihongo looks down to the right of her chest, where on her blouse is a Badge with the number one, just like his on his own uniform.
"Are you perhaps a first-year as well?" Arata asks quite calmly, his voice soft and very still.
They both start to stroll forward together towards the gates as she responds.
"Yes, my name is Asami Noa, I'm a first year just like you," She says softly as they both walk together through the front gates.
"May I ask why you helped me back then" She speaks with a soft tone, a faint blush over her cheeks as she twirls her hair with one of her hands a little, as they both look forward.
"Because you mentioned someone's name and I think I know who you're looking for" He responds swiftly, looking forward with black pupils and a cold look.
"Mhm," She responds bobbing her head up and down slowly.
"Her name's Hinako Arata, she's a third year at this school and I bumped into her one time, we got talking and she asked me to meet her on the first day after the assembly" She responds softly, now walking forward as they both nearly reach the reception area.
"I thought so..." Nihongo's voice fades as they reach the doors of the reception hall, the double doors being slow and automatic opening at their footstep.
"By what do you mean" She says in quite a posh way and ever so innocently as she looks up at her right slightly to see him.
"My name's Nihongo Arata, Hinako Arata is my older sister, although as much as she is, I don't have a single clue about her whereabouts" He replies coldly, now inside the reception hall.
On the right is a round desk area with behind it two elderly female staff small and a little chubby sitting there wearing glasses on computers, as students line up in front of the desk to sign in.
On the right of the desk is a small staircase that leads up to either the higher floors, or a turn to the left and right where the halls stretch on.
On the left of the desk is a small wooden double door that leads to a large building, also known as the assembly hall, full of chairs lights chandeliers, a bunch of first years in seats, and a stage with a couple of seats and a mic standing in the middle of the stage.
Around halfway across the stage a red large curtain that falls down and is closed.
"Oh! So your Hinakos younger brother?" She says now jumping up slightly, looking up at Nihongo who stares forward with eyes and a reaction that seems empty.
"Yep, that's right, she rented an apartment here three years ago, so I thought I'd do the same" Nihongo now says deeply and in a nonchalant matter, placing both his hands back in his pockets and hunching back a little as if he had a backache.
"As for me, I have a little sister who is about eight years old, and I'm still staying at my parent's place," She says smiling placing her right hand on her nearly flat board of a chest.
"I also have a brother who is a third year, just like your sister Nihongo" Noa speaks quite excitedly, as the queue pushes forward and Nihongo gets closer to the front of the queue, Noa is just next to him in a separate queue.
"I see, It must be quite busy, having multiple siblings and all" Nihongo says softly, now reaching the front of the queue.
"My name is Nihongo Arata, first-year" He mutters right after to one of the receptionists, just as Noa does the same thing to the other receptionist.
"No not really, we get along quite well but my elder brother is always busy with his school life and friends, to be honest" She talks happily, as if she enjoys talking about her family, smiling beside me once more as we make our way to the assembly halls doors.
"Sounds like a decent life to me," Nihongo says quietly before opening the doors and finally walking in, both of us waiting in the the assembly hall along with our other classmates, waiting for it to begin.
This girl Asami Noa, I can just tell by looking in her eyes she must have her own problems, but I can tell they're pretty small compared to most, an easygoing girl who trusts others easily and has the personality to become popular quickly, quite different to me on the other hand.
It's not like I despise people like her, actually, it's quite the opposite, though I can never be as trusting as her, nor can I be as easygoing, my quiet life is all I need.
These thoughts remain in Nihongo's mind, as he awaits for this assembly to begin, shortly after some waiting and more students flocking in and filling the chairs in this massive room, the lights dim slightly, causing a shift in both the mood and lighting in the room.
"oooh, I wonder what they're gonna say to us" Noa whispers to my ear quietly yet beaming in excitement, curious as most of us what will be mentioned.
After a few moments of waiting and whispers filling the room from Nihongo's fellow peers, a figure appears from behind the red curtains halfway across the stage.
In a dark grey suit, with tight leather pants and a jacket, underneath the dark grey jacket is a neat and rich-looking buttoned white shirt and a long light blue tie, his collar tightened at his neck.
Brown leather shoes to fit his ordinarily sized feet perfectly, shining as if they were freshly brushed.
Black-outlined glasses with thin lenses, and wide green eyes that looked kind and caring.
A nice smile that wasn't too wide and his lips tucked in, his nose pointy to some degree, and grey hair that was short and slit all the way back.
Slowly moving his kind wrinkly old hands, he taps the microphone a few times, causing it to screech across the assembly hall, grabbing everyone's attention, and erasing the whispers that filled it.
"Hello first years and new students, my name is Mr. Kitagawa, and I am the Headteacher of Specialized Grade High school" He speaks decently slowly, sounding oddly cheerful and smiling as he does, his voice sounding slightly elderly, you could tell he was quite of age.
"By passing the exams to enter the school, and being granted access by us of the directing board, means that all of you in some are quite 'Special'" He says, talking relatively louder as he highlights the word 'special'.
Two massive lights now hover over him as if to make him in the spotlight, making him both the only thing lighting this room, and the person grabbing everyone's attention.
"I understand that all of your backgrounds have a somewhat specialty, whether it was your talents, or something much darker," He says now closing his eyes before re-opening them slightly, looking down from upon the stage towards all of the first years.
"First, I would like to congratulate you all on getting into Kyoto Specialized Grade High School," He says clapping slowly as his voice echoes through the halls.
He stops clapping his hands, now moving them to his back behind him as they fall.
"Next, I would like to explain a few things," He says slowly, a Large screen above the stage elevates down steadily, now lighting up.
"Our school is quite a different one to most, for example, Police force and law enforcement do not apply for our school" He speaks loudly through the mic once more, as the lighting screen turns into images of photos and screenshots of the law enforcement members and police around Kyoto.
"This means, whatever is committed or done outside of our school will not change or apply here at Specialized Grade High School"Â
"In short terms, let's say you committed a crime outside the school, you will not be punished, suspended, or expelled from our academy" He announces this quite heavily, shifting the mood into a darker one, whispers flourishing the room quickly.
"Next, I must announce that as much as it may seem, we only average around 90 students per year, hence your first years will be split into three separate classes, Class A-1, Class B-1, and Class C-1" He announces now the screen switching quickly to pictures of the classrooms, science labs, gym and outdoor field areas, and normal classrooms with desks and tables.
Nihongo now begins to cloud himself with his thoughts, while the head teacher begins talking about the school classes and describing them.
I wouldn't exactly say I passed any exams or tests to enter the school.
In fact, I had never been to a school before, and despite this, I was able to make it in.
Even if it was because of both the recommendation from my father.
In a way it feels like I cheated to get in, that man on the stage talking is a friend of my father's, although my sister got in naturally, unlike me she's constantly popular and always reaching top marks.
I doubt she'd want to see me though, she's one of the only people who know what I'm really like.
Reaching out of his thoughts, the speech from the head prepares its end.
"Now my time up here is up, once more, I welcome you to our school and can't wait for the surprises you leave for us," He says now giving off an odd smirk that was different from his kind smile, before swiftly turning his body around and seating on one of the four seats on the stage at the right.
Another small silence breaks loose, along with whispers among each other's peers.
"Quiet, Quiet! Hello, my dear first-year donkeys!" A heavily cheerful voice echoes across the halls before finally, a young womanly figure walks from behind the red curtains.
The girl jogs onto the stage until finally reaching the mic, hair shining among the darkness of the room, of a dark magenta color and the length that reaches just below her shoulders like curtains.
Skinny round legs and black tights that reach up to the end of her flying around navy blue skirt with a flick of white on either side of the shoes marking that it's branded, her white buttoned T-shirt buttoned tight around her breast that are estimated DD, along with a bright pink tie that flickers as she moves.
Bright pink eyes with a small black pupil directly in the middle of her clean round eyes and a jawline that is somewhat sharp-edged at the bottom.
"My name is Mina Takigawa! I'm vice president of the student council! It's very nice to meet you all" Mina yells through the microphone with a cheerful passion, smiling and giggling at the end of every sentence.
The crowd of first years begin to speak quite loudly, pointing and smiling as if they were examining her body looks and attitude, as you can hear things like "she has a nice body" or "I'd totally want someone like her as my girlfriend"
"Yes Yes! I know you all are suuuuper excited to see me, I know I am, but that's not why I am on stage today" She chuckles sweating a little as she giggles as if she is enjoying the attention and her voice echoes through the room, the voices of the student body dying down once again.
"I'm up here today to tell you all about the student council! But before we get into that, please welcome our other vice president, Yozura Nishigawa!" She shouts out, as if giving the crowd permission to applaud, in which they do.
The curtains open gently and leisurely before closing, this time meager and light footsteps that can barely be heard with human ears walk across the stage.
A short girl around the height of five foot one appears at the front of the stage beside Mina.
Her uniform was rather scruffy and tie not neat at all, her hair straight down and long, her arms flopping and hunching over slightly with a gloomy look and baggy eyes as if they hadn't even heard the word 'sleep' before.
Wearing tights and shoes Identical to Mina's and her skirt lowered down to her knees, face round with a look that perfectly describes the quote "doom and gloom", one of her hands reaching up to rub her left eye as if to wake her up.
The crowd's applause on the sight of her begins to die down much quicker, whispers completely filling the room and analyzing and pointing yet again, with words like "emo" and "depressing" flying around.
Reacting this quickly, Yozura sloppily grips Mina's shoulder now whispering to her "Are you sure I should be up here" Her voice sounds as if she hadn't drunk in weeks.
"It's okay, we both got this" Mina whispers back in a very confident attitude, punching a small gist in the air, the crowd not able to make out what they are talking about.
"Now us Vice presidents of the student council will begin to tell you a little bit about our school, yeahhhh!?" Mina screams out happily through the microphone, now turning to Yozura for a response.
"Yeahhh..." She croaks rather loudly, sloppily punching her hand in the air, putting barely any effort into it.
"There are eight seats of the student council in total, three of them have been left empty due to our previous third year's graduation and departure from the school," Mina says happily, her voice resonating into the crowd's ears, teachers, and students around them.
She hovers the mic right into Yozura's face, causing her to jump back a little before speaking.
"In Total we have...two vice presidents...two treasures... uhhhmm oh yeah a secretary and translator, and finally, the uhmm... President of the student council" She speaks like a sloth, her voice a little quiet and mumbling, along with the slow responses and stuttering as she speaks, taking her a while to finish the sentence.
"We are currently missing a secretary and treasurer, and we accept members of all year groups, so feel free to try sign up, k?!" Mina speaks out brightening the mood once more, putting two fingers in front of her eyes and posing on stage bending forward slightly.
"I'd like to mention our student council is more powerful than most schools, for example, if there was a vote between us, even the school's director and the school board cannot challenge our choice," She says cheerfully, trying to keep the mood up before shoving the mic all in Yozura's face again.
"We of student council... also have capabilities... to uhm, suspend... or uhmm expel students... within reason" Yozura croaks once more, her voice still slow and sounding unpowerful, darkening the mood in the assembly once more.
"We also encourage you to get along with your peers, whether it be in your year group, or people in other classes and year groups" Mina now says, swiftly switching the microphone to herself, before placing it on the stand in front of the two of them.
"Well that's it from your beautiful Vice presidents for now, so I hope to see you all around and having fun, despite our school's crazy policies and examinations!" She screams up jumping happily, grabbing Yozura by the waist, who sloppily punches her hand in the air as if meaning to celebrate.
Nihongo makes a strange tucked-in face, like whenever someone cringes out
Believe it or not, I know those two a little well
They've always acted like that since they were kids, they're my sister's best friends and academically smart.
his face begins to morph back to the dead-looking one
But now I know who's on stage next, so let's see what she has to say.
Nihongo now seers into his curious thoughts, now awaiting for the fourth person to step from behind the curtains as Yozura and Mina waddle over together to two of the seats next to the head of the school.
Now another womanly figure walks onto the stage from behind the curtains, one that looks like a model.
Skin quite white and smooth looking and long jet black hair that feels like it seers through your soul, nice curvy waist, and large breast that could seduce anyone.
Tights that perfectly wrapped around her skinny soft legs and void colored shoes to match.
A short skirt that reaches to her middle thigh with her entire uniform that holds a pink tie tightened onto the neck of her shirt is, this dress up only had a few words to describe it, and those words are "Power and Beauty".
Her eyes were jet black with no pupils yet kind looking from how round they were, resembling identical eyes to Nihongo.
Her lips were soft and expressionless along with her face, and it seemed what she had to say was heavy from how she changed the attitude of the room from a loud echo of applause to a brief and deadly silence.
She managed to eventually creep onto the stage with a floating aura around her that told no one to mess with her, as she snatched the mic from the stand and looked upon all the first years.
"Hello to our new associates of the student body, I am the student council president of the Kyoto Special Grade High School, my name is Hinako Arata, I ask you to please call me Arata when speaking formally, I am a third year" Hinako talks through the mic, her voice echoed strongly along with her tone, giving off the impression that she was in a very powerful position.
"Hello to you, big sis" Nihongo now thinks to himself, hearing her searing of strength worth an introduction.
"I want to make some things aware to you all now, that by the third year, the ninety of you will be reduced to around thirty, our school doesn't often allow mistakes to fly by, nor school regulations to be broken" She begins to walk around the stage as she talks, not leaving her eyes off the first years seated as she does.
"Even now, as far as I have gotten, I've had to say goodbye to many of my classmates and friends, even some teachers while we're on the subject" She speaks now as if she is partly sympathetic but keeps her words strong as her expression remains cold and front faced
"Even so I have come far, and do not plan on leaving until I graduate, this school for me, just as it may be for a certain percentage of you, is my only hope for achieving my goals" She now goes to a sudden stop on the right side of the stage, continuing her speech.
"If I'm not mistaken, I both know and have met a specific amount of you" She speaks strongly, now looking towards Asami, who smiles gently as she looks up beside Nihongo.
Nihongo stares towards his sister on stage, as they both share the same diminishing look with each other.
"You're mistaken Noa, she isn't looking at you, it's me who she's looking at, I'm gonna assume it's because, despite her pleas and struggles to keep me out of this school, I managed to sneak my way in".
Nihongo now thinks to himself, as his sister gazes in his direction, as she tries to make it not too obvious that he is the one being absolutely death stared.
"Unfortunately the school director board can't disclose private information like your background's achievements and failures, so I guess I have no choice but to become friends with all of you and find out for myself" She exhales these words heavily, talking as if it's such a tiring job and looking a bit further down onto the stage floor now.
"If you're ugly or beautiful, whether that is on the outside or inside, or perhaps both, I promise you first years one thing," She says, her voice fading out to catch her breath as she reaches the center of the stage, where the mic stand is.
"And that's if you work hard, you will earn the right to achieve your goal! Because as our school's motto, Even donkeys can graduate from our school!" She now yells out strongly, before slamming the microphone onto the mic stand.
This causes a mass eruption of cheers and applause, first years standing and screaming out as they slap their hands together with all their might.
Nice speech big sis, but you only said some of those things to get a point across.
Because I know damn well your playing favorites right now.
And if I'm not mistaken, the first person you aim to expel, is one hundred percent me.
Because you know what I am capable of.
Just like how I am capable of what you can do.
We both know that if one of us spills the other's secret, the victim will do the exact same thing.
Nihongo surrounds himself with these thoughts once more, as his sister presses her finger on her badge that's marked on her shirt that has a donkey bearing a graduate hat before she walks towards the last remaining seats, her friends and the head having more of a congratulate conversation for her hard work.
With this ending speech, the assembly came to an end with another welcoming speech from the head, before I found myself exiting the gates I entered forty minutes ago, making a smooth getaway from the welcoming ceremony.
Moving forward and hunching forward slightly as he walks, Nihongo stares up at the colorful blue sky that lights up the world that surrounds him.
My sister and I hold different values, for example, she chooses to be someone high and that everyone looks up to, with both genders.
Constantly studies to get top marks and keeps her tight schedule to get enough sleep.
I already knew she didn't like me much as we grew up, I suppose the more incidents I got myself into, the more she wanted me away from her life.
Trapped in these thoughts, Nihongo continues to walk til suddenly, someone runs fast toward him, jolting quickly and her legs rapidly speeding as she screams things like "Wait up" "Don't go yet" etc., Before finally landing next to him catching her breath.
That black hair and almost flat body, there was no mistaking it, it was Asami Noa.
"Let's walk for a bit, my place is in town too, our student rooms won't be finished until tomorrow so it's worth going back home for one more night," She says exhaling and inhaling like crazy, before brushing her legs and walking beside Arata.
They both walk off as he make an "mph" noise, shrugging his shoulders to give off an answer of "I don't mind".
"Anyways, how did you find the entrance ceremony?" Noa asks Nihogno curiously, looking up at him with that common innocent face.
"Well, it was... Interesting" He says thinking of Mina Yozura and his sister, now giving off a dead-looking response unconsciously.
I was hoping I wouldn't see Yozura and Mina again, and just my luck they both are in that school, healthy and as bright as ever.
I just hope they don't notice me in the future.
"Anyways, did you manage to talk to my sister" Nihongo quickly says as he walks along the sidewalk towards Kyoto, now sticking himself out of his mind, turning his head more towards the direction of Noa awaiting a response.
"I did, but she said she was super busy with paperwork today so I should see her tomorrow at break time in the student council room," Noa says softly, smiling as she walks.
"Don't tell anyone but I think she's considering getting really close with me, which means I have a high likely hood joining the student council" Noa says cheekily, covering half her mouth with her hands and giggling slightly as she kept the tone of her voice down, knowing many other students around around us making they're way home.
"Anyways I should take you along, I'm sure you'd want to see your sister after not having met her for a whole year" Noa now questions him, her tone slightly curious awaiting a reply.
Actually, it's the polar opposite, I gotta be careful, if she has a knife on her I'm dead on sight. Nihongo quickly thinks to himself before responding swiftly.
"Yeah I guess I can tag along," Nihongo says as they reach two turning points on the sidewalk.
"Anyways my house is this way, so I'm going to get moving," She says now pointing to the direction in her right as Arata was about to turn left.
"Uhm yeah sure, make it home safe," Arata says coldly giving a small wave goodbye before he was about to turn around, however, she calls back with a beckoning question she looks like she is dying to have answered.
Her hands were behind her back and turning slightly, but her eyes locked onto Arata's.
"So should I consider us friends then" She asks nervously, her eyes darting all over the place and her fingers wiggling behind her back awaiting a deafening response.
Nihongo's eyes widen slightly before giving off a very weak smile.
"Sure," He says giving off a dead response with his almost dead-looking face.
Noa smiles widely at this before running a few meters.
Then she turns back around and jumps up, her mouth opening with the corners curling into a great happy smile.
"In that case, see ya tomorrow, Arata-kun!" She screams out waving before running off on her turn, not giving Nihongo even a second to respond.
And that was the day I met Asami Noa, a girl who'd eventually change my course of action, future and time.
Some people would say it's a foolish decision to even trust people.
But I mean...
Who said I'd trust her...
.
.
.
Now in a decently wide room, dark with no lights on, a desk and computer on the right corner, a wooden door on the opposite representing the room's exit.
In the opposite corner, a large single bed with dark blue covers that fit the aesthetic of the room, along with a window right beside it, the outside looking quite far down below, now showing that he must be on the second floor.
At the end of the room a massive white wardrobe that remains closed and has a small hand mirror attached to the door handle, reflecting Nihongo's dark eyes.
On the bed lays Nihogno, who rests one leg whilst having the other kneeled up slightly as he is laid back, now looking outside to the night sky.
The night sky reflects a min light through these massive see-through windows that are massive, two navy curtains on either side opened wide.
I never really understood stargazing, I know that my best friend loved it.
He would always point towards the moon as he tried directing his finger to point to stars and attempted to create shapes.
Although now, It's the very thing that can get me to fall asleep.
I think one of the strange problems I've had when growing up is that I could never see the moon.
In photos, videos, documentaries, and even when I look upon this stary night.
This beautiful object that hovers just over our atmosphere, and I am unable to look back at it.
It's as if the moon has hidden itself away from me.
Nihongo now seers into his thoughts, before turning slightly to his left to where the door of his room is, where a figure stands with an innocent smile creeping from each corner of his mouth.
Long light brown hair that fell down to his back in a ponytail, wearing a dark grey hoodie and decently bright blue leather pants, not wearing any shoes or socks, and his hands in his pockets.
His nose was small and round and his eyes that felt calming and careful, as if they sympathized with everything they looked upon.
"Is being unable to see the moon a problem though?" He says with a deep voice voice that gives off a caring feeling as he steps closer, about half a meter away from Nihongo.
"I've always been curious about what it looks like, however, I don't believe it's an issue" Nihongo now shakes his head side to side showing off a response of agreement, before refixing his gaze back onto the boy.
"Ben, Is my life changing for the better or worse" He asks quietly keeping his tone low as he now changes his eyes course to the sky once more, feeling the skies light bathe onto him.
"I don't know, that's for you to decide Niho," He says patting his head and scruffing his hair around a bit.
But of course, That all depends if I can get through this, with you beside me in this moonless world.Â
Nihogno now thinks to himself, zooming out on a third-person view, just leaving Nihongo in the room alone, talking to seemingly no one.
Trying to understand his mind and thoughts.
Upon this moonless sky
