[Kleid's POV]
It's been so long after what happened back at Fangh'e Village.
I was at the top of the treehouse me and Leo used to stay. I was awaken by the sudden explosion coming from the village. A bright pink light came after that.
I later found out Leo was running towards the village. I heard a lot of commotion. Something festive ran in my mind. If only it was just really festive~
I really wanted to forget that terrible experience. I saw the flames slowly creeping at houses. How the people suddenly loose control of themselves.
All those berserked state - transforming into blood-thirsty monsters. They became beasts that night.
It didn't matter who was at fault. Aggression led them to kill each other. Of course, all a kid like me could do was to cower in fear - tugging my scarf to hide my face from the brightness the flames.
" Kleid! "
I heard Rachel calling out to me. I crawled out from my hiding place and ran towards her. I saw how confused she was. Pain, resistance, panic.
With the help of the other villagers who were present outside, they acted with restraint to stop those who were running wild. Leo and Rachel helped as well. Me? I did nothing but to stare in shock.
Despite the fire calming down, all I could hear were cries and howls. I saw the poor faces I used to know where no longer moving. The unpleasant smell of blood and burnt flesh was strong. I just covered my nose.
" A mage was seen outside the forest! "
I heard the messenger came running to inform us.
That's when I realized I had made a grave mistake. I was the reason why this happened.
I led the danger to this place....
It didn't took long before everyone blamed this on something superstitious. They blamed Leo for being the sole reason why this happened...
I wish I told them the real truth. But why? Was it because I'm afraid of the consequences?
...
And yet. Here I am constantly feeling the same spell that haunted the village. I can't think straight. My body feels like it's going to break.
I'm currently craving to push all this rage into something. But I can't... I don't want to happen it again.
" Easy there. Don't worry I'll help you. "
Allyson. This lady whom I just met today. She had just lifted this wretched spell.
If only she was there. No. If only I had that power. Maybe I could fix everyone back there?
I could sense her nervousness ever since she stopped me from leaving earlier. But what surprises me more is the amount of confidence she shows under this current situation.
" I have a plan. "
I wonder what kind of plan she had? Can she flip the situation of this dangerous problem?
" Toss me at her! "
Huh? I was in a state of shock when she said that. Right now, my hopes are starting to get blurry. It didn't took long for anyone to dispute her ideas.
But seriously. Is she okay?
" No.no. You're getting it wrong. Buy me time to lash an attack at her head. " She explained.
Though I would have to disagree to this dangerous plan of hers, I can see the confidence in her eyes.
" Roger that. " I replied.

[Third Person's POV]
" Your barricade won't last much longer! " Arach was lashing her elongated claws at them.
Within a spur of a second, the strings quickly loosen up and fell into the ground. That's when two shadows ran into each direction.
Arach with an intent to attack one of them, retracted her claws and casted a powerful spell.
" Ereda virtel pasdiu hetil... "
" MISTRAIE VOCAS! "
A dispersing mist engulfed the battlefield in just a seconds.
Kleid quickly shielded his nose from the mist. He was sensing weird about this mist.
Arach raised two of her extra limbs as well her hands. Blades come forth and with a quick succession - she sliced everything within her reach.
It was unlucky that Kleid was hit. His hands bleed. It seems he had lost two fingers in that devastating attack.
( I would've been dead if I didn't step back. ) He thought to himself.
With Rachel worrying over him. Kleid sends a signal to start ambushing her. However, Arach notices this and retracted once again her fingers and showered each of them with thick webs.
" Not on my watch! " Charles yells at the back.
He removes his blood-stained gloves off and channeled all his strength to wrap every debris with strings and hurled them into the webs.
" Tsk. " Arach was annoyed.
She was too late and the two werewolves had grasped all their strength to interlock the two limbs in place.
" Why you.. " Arach then tries to slice them off with their webs but the ground started to break apart.
It was Charles' strings coated with her web, wrapping themselves at her hands with some locking the last limb at the back.
Despite this, Arach had the nerve to sneer at it. She joked that it wasn't only her only limbs and locking her down wasn't gonna last long.
" Laughable! Should I attack now? " She laughed while staring at Rachel's struggling effort by locking her spider limb.
Rachel made a quick kick at her face, but Arach didn't bother to defend it. Instead she just chuckled.
" Was that your best attack? "
" You shouldn't underestimate us! "
Arach looked in front and saw Allyson had just launched herself with a meter away from her.
( When did she got here?) She thought to herself. She notices out her nose was bleeding.
Allyson grabs her entire head - legs wrapped around her neck at the same time. Arach wanted to attack but she was locked in place by them.
" Appearance. "
Allyson rewinds the last 3 hours of Arach's entire head. Her bruise, fallen hair follicles returns even her nose was repaired much faster than her regeneration.
With that, they quickly move away from her. Rachel caught Allyson and ran as quickly as she could away from Arach.
" Hey guys! Are you sure this is fine? " Charles was nervous.
" You've just healed an enemy in the middle of battle? " He added.
Allyson looked at Arach. With her body falling into fatigue, she smiles instead.
" Don't worry. It has a draw back. Just look! "
Charles looked at Arach. She wasn't moving since a while. Like if she were a statue.
( What's happening? Why can't I move? ) She asked herself.
" 3 hours. "
" Your entire head. I returned it the way it was 3 hours ago... " Allyson explains.
" The state of your cells from that time returns back and due to that your body will have a hard time to adapt this unorthodox way of healing. "
" Though, I honestly don't know if it works since it's a first for me. It was truly a gamble. "
" Oh. Don't worry, your body will slowly adapt. For the meantime you'll become motionless."
Charles realizes this and reacted by wrapping many strings at Arach. Rachel fussed over this as well and helped him.
" YOU SHOULD'VE SAID THAT EARLIER! " Both of them scolded her.
Allyson gave a nervous laugh. She notices Charles fingertips.
" Mr. Charles, your hand- "
" Oh this? It's a drawback if I used too much of my peculiarity. " He replies.
" Ah. Sorry help you at the moment. I couldn't move from using mine as well. Hehe. " Allyson answered.
" Nah. I'll be fine. You should rest now? "
Kleid on the other hand wrapped using a piece of his cloak in his wounded arm. Rachel walked at him and commented about it.
" We should at least put a replacement if you're uneasy. We had prosthetics back at HQ. " She said with a smile on her face.
Kleid notices this. He blushes. He averted his gaze at her. The moment was right. He gulped and mastered his courage to tell her how he truly feels.
" Listen. Back at earlier, I was- "
He was interrupted when Rachel suddenly hugged him. Her hand stroke Kleid's hair. The pleasant warm
" It's okay. I know you didn't mean it. "
Kleid bit his lip. He embraced her sister back.
" I'm sorry for leaving... "
Rachel smiles. Though, it was for a moment since he saw the other two staring at him. He was embarrassed. He immediately stops the embrace.
" Haha. That's the Kleid I used to know! " Rachel laughs. Kleid just pretends to not care about this.
( Ah... It brings back beautiful memories. ) Allyson thought to herself.
She remembers when she smacked an expensive flower vase just because of a bug flew over it and was nervous to tell her aunt. They later reconcile about her wrongdoings after. Allyson remembers the warmth hug of her aunt.
Charles pulls out his phone on his pockets. It was beyond repair. He sighed. After he had a second look at Arach. He was mortified.
Arach covered in strings, lying down. A staff in her hands used by her fellow Phantom who died. She muttered something in her mouth and spoke.
" Forced Ritual- Feir Bohrs. "
* Explosion.
" Damn it! " Charles tries to stop her but she already did what she wanted.
The explosion destroyed her head off. The burning body slowly stood as it's flesh started to regenerate.
" Checkmate. " She pronounced her utmost joy.
" When did she had that staff? " Rachel asked.
" It's probably lying there somewhere. She just grabbed it after she can move her fingers. " Kleid explains.
( This is bad. Really really bad... I'm still out of commission ) Allyson thought to herself.
( For the worst outcomes, she had to destroy her head. Of course, it'll stop the body from being affected by my peculiarity. )
" Were getting out of her, people! " Charles used his strings to wrap Allyson and Calvin.
Unfortunately, Arach had already clashed her fingers. Rachel stopped it with her arm but it was too long and sharp - impaled both of her arm and Charles chest in seconds.
" Too late! " Arach rejoices. Her face had already healed. A black strip appears near her eyes.
She retracted her claws and Charles fell from the wound. Kleid was about to rush towards her, but Charles stopped him.
" Don't! Conserve your energy from escaping. " He ordered.
Arach stood up. She stretches her arms and neck - itching for a round 2.
" Well, it was fun playing. Time to do what I came here to do- "
A sudden lightning strike befalls at her. Arach screamed in agony. All of them were shocked.
* Rains...
A light rain showered the heated battle.
" He's back. " Kleid smiles. He looked back and saw Chills wagging from the far.
( A wolf? ) Allyson asked herself. She looked at the person behind the wolf. It was a woman.
" What a tiresome. You couldn't even finish the mission without me? "
It was a woman around Allyson's height. She had this blue umbrella that is constantly emitting water droplets floating on the air.
" Isn't that right, Charles? Rachel? "
A new visitor arrives...
" Heya, you are late to the show! " Charles managed to return the mock at her.
The woman notices Charles' situation and didn't even gave any worries. Instead, she just mocked how the enemy caught him off guard.
" And who are you? " Arach asks. Her bruises slowly heals.
" You know it's rude to ask someone's name without yours. " The woman replies.
* Arach chuckles.
" Arach. Phantomhive of Eyes, Limb. " Arach then lounges herself at the woman.
With the sheer intimidation and bloodlust, she was eager to feel her flesh with her claws.
It didn't took long before the woman send forth another lightning strike at her. This time, Arach was fast enough to evade such attack. She laughs, constantly mocking how she failed to strike her.
" Hmm? " She didn't notice another lightning strike had curved behind the trees and embraced her with electrifying damage.
* Arach suffering.
( Is she a Peculiar as well? No. I saw her using that umbrella. ) Arach questions herself.
( Ever since she arrived, she never changed the way she is looking down on me. )
( Wait. She's not enchanting! An enchantless Magician?! That means- )
While she was evading another lightning attack came rushing to greet her. However, this time Arach had perfected her evasion.
" This magic skill... " She climbed on a tree huffing for air.
" You are a High Ranker, don't ya? " She was really mad.
The woman smiles. She finally changes the way she looked at Arach. This time, it was much worse.
" Silivia Bracks. The Tempestarii. " Rachel explained.
" Honestly, Rachel you really took the joy from hiding my name. " Silivia reacts coldly towards Rachel. The wounded lady smiles sheepishly.
" That's great then. I could test my form towards you! " Arach proclaims.
" You know, I really don't like this form... As a last resort. I SHALL DEVOUR YOU! "
Her clothes were torn apart from her transformation. Her mask fell of the tree as her back was sprouting five more limbs.
Her body becomes huge, morphed into something much more gigantic than Hailey's. She had turned into an arachnid monster.
With a beastly groan, she disperses a huge amount of white mist on the area. Silivia ignores it.
* Trees falling.
" A fake chimera huh? " Silivia comments.
Arach's pairs of eyes stared at her. She stomps at Silivia using her bladed limbs. Silivia avoids this and was completely unfazed by her attempts.
" Rachel, you might as well move back. This insect is humongous. " She ordered Rachel.
She stood up and along with Kleid, they moved everyone away from the battlefield. Allyson wanted to look closer, she was curious to see the fight at a closer view.
Arach tries to stop them but Silivia uses a huge shield made out of water.
" I thought your opponent is me? " She asked.
Arach roars back. She used her size and bladed limbs to slice everything in it's path. The mountain was shaking and trees were falling one by one.
Silivia avoids these attacks. Sometimes, blocking the slashes using her umbrella coated in a liquefying substance.
( Why is she not unharmed? ) Arach though to herself.
" What's wrong? Can't use your filthy spells? Oh that's right. You can't. You can't even speak in that disgusting form. " Silivia berates her - causing her to spew webs and dozen of attacks at her.
Silivia closes her eyes. She can see the humans back at the camp trying to figure out what's causing the noise. She can also see all the people that are roaming in this mountain. It seems they are disturbed by the strange earthquake.
" Well, then time to end this."
Silivia's umbrella becomes more clearer. The rain suddenly fell. A downpour appears - damping everything in that area.
" Obau estra copenne phenlepen. "
Her chant caused all the rain pellets stopped midair. The rain slowed down as the water droplets began floating to the sky forming a gigantic ball even larger than Arach herself. It was like the entire lake had formed itself to a ball.
" Aqwa Neipherr columbus "
With a gesture commanding the water it clashes towards Arach, dozen of lightning strike followed as well. Arach was utterly confused by this and tries to escape the water prison.
She was both burnt and suffocating from the magic spell. But Silivia wasn't done yet. She raises her hand and lifted the gigantic spider up in the sky.
The downpour stops and the clouds slowly moves away. The bright moon illuminates the scene. It was bright enough for people roaming nearby to see something unimaginable.
" What the heck is that? " They asked.
When some had just to take a photo or video out of it, the ball of water had vanished - instead a whirlwind passed down the mountain.
" Oh, wise decision to return back. " Silivia commented when she saw Arach's unconscious body on the ground defeated and burnt to crisp by the lighting strikes.
Silivia closes her umbrella, ending the battle of the night.
" Bravo! " Rachel rejoice at the back. Clapping her hands.
Silivia looked behind and saw how messed up they are with all the water dripping from their soaked bodies.
" Oh. I overused too much. " Silivia notices her mishap.
" Consider this as a punishment for leaving me. " She added.
Rachel complained about it and even talked about having cold for weeks just from this. She stopped complaining when Silivia pulls her tail.
" Should I atleast warm you up by burning this? "
Rachel felt the real shiver. Charles stopped them and stood up even with the fatal wounds. He explained everything to Silivia and even went to talked about Kleid and Calvin's interference.
....
" I see. " Silivia pondered.
" Allyson Bluestone. " She called Ally.
Allyson was barely standing up right, Kleid help her stood up.
" Despite not being able to supervised your first training here, I am quite impressed what you did today "
[This made Allyson happy.]
" However, per protocol's orders You are still heavily supervised by me. This is indeed a violation to your training. "
[This made Allyson NOT happy.]
" Though, it seems you were persuaded by an embarrassing senior. Ehem. " She looks at Rachel, who was looking at another direction.
" I will let you go off the hook this time. "
[This made Allyson Very Very Happy.]
" I Really don't know how you knew we were here? I mean the noise and commotion would pin point. It's just like you immediately went to see us here. " Rachel wondered about her arrival.
Silivia walks down and patted the head of Chills.
" It was him. He showed me one of your gloves. " Silivia explained.
Rachel was dumbfounded. She just noticed that she had lost one of the gloves.
" It was me who gave Chills. I figured out that on an Investigation, Dixinian comes in trio to solve cases. " Kleid answered.
After that Silivia remarked his decision. She couldn't even believe that Rachel was her sister, it led to the point where she compared Kleid's decision planning to her sister. That made Rachel grumpy in the process.
Allyson then wondered what to do with Calvin now he knows what the Dixinians are. Silivia ensures that the Concealing Department will handle this professionally.
Silivia opens up a device from her bracelet and calls someone.
" Hello, Kim? You there? "
" Ah yes, Silivia? What's seems to be the problem? "
Silivia: Take us back.
Kim: Umm.. where exactly are you?
Silivia: I dunno. Some mountain I guess.
Kim: * currently contemplating about the hassle. I'll try my best.
It took quite 20 minutes before Allyson and the gang went back with Kleid and Calvin at the HQ. It seems Kim had a time to locate where exactly are them~
The Mt. Mitchel never had this much commotion. The battle lasted hours ever since the Dixinians had investigated the strange marks, lights and disappearances....
The mess they created weren't gonna be easy to hide, but the Dixinian Corps had a lot of hands to ensure everything must be put to the secret...
If only it wasn't suspicious~

* Steps.
A police officer came on the scene. A lot of people were dumbfounded by the scenario.
Blood, trees and even the strange weather occurrence. Every officer had some questions.
" Sorry I'm late. What's the commotion? " A man with a brown coat asked the officer listing down the evidences in the area.
" It seems there is a lot of bomb fragments and evidence of gunpowder. We're currently on the hold to think it might've been some kind of terrorist base or illegal mining- "
" Sir? "
He asked the man. Eyes peering into the pit where a body was found.
" I don't think it's caused by a terrorist. "
