Chapter 1 - A New Beginning

A kid is sprinting through the trees, leaping from branch to branch with ease. He's got a grin as wide as the Mississippi and hair the color of fresh chestnuts, with striking red eyes that could win you over in a heartbeat. Up ahead of him, another figure is sprinting, a young lady this time. She's got herself covered in fur, like she's got a wolf skin for a coat, and those baby blues of hers are shining like stars. With a grace that's nothing short of breathtaking, she makes one giant leap and clears the river.

She turns, flashes the boy a smile that's brighter than the sun, and says, "You'll never catch me, big brother."

"Hey now, that's not fair," the boy protests, "You've got four legs to my two!" But as he speaks, he doesn't let it slow him down.

He makes the jump across the river like it's a hopscotch game on the street.

This whole adventure began 13 years back.

[Akihabara Bus Station]

A college student is waiting for the bus at Akihabara. He checks his smartphone. To his left, a couple is flirting with each other. He glances at them and feels a pang of jealousy.

The bus pulls up. The college student gets up to board, but something feels off. Suddenly, he collapses. People rush over to help him, and someone calls an ambulance.

He opens his eyes and sees one person standing in front of him.

"Where am I? And who are you?" the boy asks, looking around at the stunning landscape filled with vibrant flowers and clear, pure air.

"You're in God's realm, and I am God," the figure responds.

The boy is shocked. He knows he wasn't sick, so how did he die?

"It was actually my mistake," God says, looking sad and apologetic.

"Your mistake? I don't get it."

God steps closer to him. "I accidentally pulled your soul out, causing your death."

"Oh! So what happens to me now?"

God moves aside and brings out a Book. He searches through it, looking concerned.

"Is something wrong?" the boy asks.

"Well, I was trying to find a way to send you back, but I can't find it. The only option left is reincarnation into a different world."

Since the boy had no family and always wished for one, he eagerly requests, "Please, then reincarnate me."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, but if you can, please let me be born into a good, healthy family," he says, remembering his own parents who passed away from illness.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure of that. Now, what kind of world would you like to be reborn into? Would you prefer a magical one, an ultra-advanced one, or one with lots of pretty girls?" God asks with a smile.

"I've always been interested in a magical world with dragons, demons, and heroes."

"Dragons don't exist in the magical world I had in mind, but there are demons. How about the Demo World we created long ago? It's not monitored anymore, but it has dragons and other mythical creatures," God suggests.

"Okay, then reincarnate me there."

"Alright, but first, I'll give you some top-notch skills and enhance your senses, memory, and other attributes. Also, there's no God in that world, so you can do whatever you want without judgment," God says before granting him the enhancements.

With that, God reincarnates the boy into the Demo World called Vamy.

[The Araba Kingdom, Capital City Dulha]

In the royal chamber, a woman is screaming in agony. She is in labor, and two other women are attending to her while an elderly lady assists with the delivery. The newborn baby opens his eyes and stares intensely at the old lady. She smiles warmly and bathes him before handing the child to his mother. Despite being overwhelmed with emotion, the mother's tears flow in happiness as she kisses the baby's forehead. This affection is all the child has yearned for a very long time. Initially, he is embarrassed because he remembers his previous life, but hunger takes over, and the comforting scent of his mother makes him forget everything else. He begins to cry, prompting his mother to remove her top to nurse him.

The baby falls asleep within minutes. The old lady then takes him into her arms.

The mother notices a mark on his back.

"He's a charmer," the old lady says.

"Yes, he's so adorable. Why don't you let me keep him with me?" the mother asks, though she is exhausted and doesn't want to be apart from her child.

"No, you need rest, and besides, His Highness also wishes to see him," the old lady responds before exiting the room.

The king sits upon his throne as the old lady approaches, presenting the baby to him. With a white beard and piercing gaze, the king looks at the infant and spits on him. The old lady is shocked and frightened by this reaction, taking a few steps back. The baby wakes up due to the commotion, unable to comprehend the situation but sensing the king's hostility.

Two other women enter the room and the king addresses them.

"Has she taken the medicine?" he inquires.

"Yes, Your Highness," they reply in unison.

The king leans in and whispers to the old lady, "Kill him."

The old lady is taken aback, unable to fathom the king's command to kill an innocent child.

"Kill him? Why?" she asks, horrified.

"You do not need to know 'why.' Just ensure you keep it a secret. If you don't, you'll face the consequences," the king warns her.

Panic-stricken, the old lady has no choice but to obey.

"Yes, Your Highness," she whispers and takes the baby away.

The child is confused and fearful. He doesn't understand why his own father would want him dead. He remains silent, lost in thought.

"When she wakes up, tell her the child died shortly after birth. He had some kind of illness," the king instructs the old lady before she leaves the room.

"Yes," she replies solemnly.

[Azkaban Forest – The most dangerous forest in Araba]

A wagon travels along the road in the Azkaban Forest. Inside, an elderly woman sits in the back with an infant, gazing at the child as if questioning why they are doing this. The woman is filled with regret, and her sadness brings tears to her eyes.

"What a pity for this child," one knight comments.

After several hours of journeying, they halt the wagon. The Old woman emerges with the baby, placing him in a basket and setting it down on the ground. She sobs in desperation.

"I'm sorry," she cries before running back to the wagon.

"He's not even crying. He doesn't realize he's going to die," the Knight says.

They know what is about to happen, but if he cries, it will attract other animals. So, he remains quiet.

The knights depart, and the baby is left alone. If he had the ability to speak or walk at this age, it would terrify everyone. However, he will not receive his powers until he is two years old, as granted by God.

That is the sound he hears. He tries to peek out of the basket but cannot move his body. A wolf emerges from the grass, approaching the baby slowly.

"Don't come. I don't taste good. Please don't eat me," he wishes to say, but only 'dah da' sounds come out.

The wolf approaches and sniffs at him.

The boy closes his eyes, and after two more sniffs, the wolf leaves.

Temporarily safe, he wonders how long this will last. While he is lost in thought, something else approaches.

An enormous bear with crimson eyes and a ravenous demeanor charged toward the young boy. In that moment of stark realization, he knew there was no escape route laid out before him. In the span of a single day, he had discovered a sense of belonging with a makeshift family, only to have it cruelly ripped away. The pain was overwhelming, and the tears flowed freely down his cheeks as he anticipated the inevitable. The beast was mere moments from striking when, from the shadows, the wolf he had encountered earlier leaped into action, slamming into the bear with a force that defied its size.

The boy's cries grew louder as he watched in horror and disbelief. The wolf, a creature he had come to fear, had now become his unlikely protector. The animal approached and, with a swift and decisive motion, sliced through the bear's skull with its claws, separating it from its body.

The boy's weeping did not cease, even as the wolf approached him and sniffed at his trembling form before extending its tongue to lick him gently. Then, as if by some mystical power, the wolf began to change. Its fur receded, revealing skin that shimmered with a soft luminescence. The creature grew in height and took on a human form, transforming into a breathtakingly beautiful woman.

The boy, still overwhelmed by his grief, was now held securely in the arms of this mysterious figure. The woman cradled him close, her chest pressed against his face. Despite his confusion, the tender care she offered was undeniable. He felt the warmth and comfort of her body as she encouraged him to nurse from her exposed breast, which was now flowing with milk. The situation was bizarre and humiliating, but the woman's gentle persistence, combined with the warm, familiar scent that enveloped him, eventually overpowered his initial resistance. He latched onto her, and she fed him the nourishment that brought him solace.

Her nurturing embrace and the sustenance she provided soon lulled the exhausted boy into a peaceful slumber. Despite the chaos of the day's events, he found refuge in the safety of her arms. She then began the journey to her village, the child nestled against her, his sorrowful cries replaced by the gentle rhythm of his breathing as he suckled from her.
