Chapter 39: I Created the A-Rank Ninjutsu Rasengan
Land of Grass, Konoha camp.
It's been over three months since that incident with Kushina, and over a year has passed since the incident with Nawaki. Now, it's the early summer of the following year.
In the heat of early summer, with some rare downtime on the front lines, many shinobi take advantage of their shift breaks to laze around in the camp.
Meanwhile, at a small waterfall behind the camp, Uchiha Yosuke sits cross-legged on the water's surface, holding two black senbon in his hands. Between the two senbon, arcs of electricity occasionally flicker.
In front of the waterfall, Yosuke extends his right hand, his expression serious as tangible chakra continuously gathers in his palm.

"Kid, that's not what I'm talking about."
Tsunade huffs, stepping forward across the water in her high heels, red-painted toenails visible as she approaches.
"Kid, how many times have I told you about the risks of using shadow clones for training!"
Under her scolding, Yosuke obediently nods and says, "Captain Tsunade, you mentioned that my Cursed Seal and bloodline trait possess a special chakra that enhances my recovery, especially mentally. As long as I control it properly, shadow clone training won't be dangerous."
"And I've only been using shadow clones for chakra nature transformation training. This training requires mental focus but uses minimal chakra, stamina, and mental energy."
Seeing Yosuke's obedient attitude, Tsunade frowns slightly in frustration. This Uchiha kid is diligent in handling tasks like organizing supply data, where he's an administrative expert.
But when it comes to stubbornness, he'll nod and agree, then do whatever he wants.
"Kid, hold out your right hand."
Yosuke obediently extends his arm, a scene that's replayed countless times in the camp.

Excessive use can even be life-threatening, so most shinobi abandon this method. Currently, only a few people, including Jinchuriki, can safely use it for training.
"The jutsu you just performed is highly dangerous. Given its power and training difficulty, it can indeed be classified as A-Rank."
As Tsunade heals his hand, she glances at the marks left by the jutsu and nods in acknowledgment.
Yosuke smiles and nods in agreement with her assessment.
"This jutsu is powerful, and it requires a huge amount of chakra. Most Chunin could only manage it once, making it nearly impossible to train in."
A regular Chunin's chakra reserves would only allow a single use. How much training could they manage?
With equal talent, a shinobi with more chakra could master it in three months, while one with less would need ten times as long.

With a smile, Yosuke acknowledges that bloodline shinobi inherently have stronger chakra.

Tsunade raises an eyebrow and says with a huff, "So, kid, why don't you mention how bloodline disorders can shorten your lifespan?"
Her remark leaves Yosuke speechless. He thinks that, with her help, his bloodline disorder should be fully cured (or fused) within three years.
Outwardly, however, he doesn't dare retort and simply laughs awkwardly.
Seeing this, Tsunade smirks victoriously.
"Kid, training is good, but why aren't you practicing the summoning technique I taught you?"
Yosuke's face shows embarrassment. Could he say he didn't have time? And he also had to maintain his image as an Uchiha.
Tsunade, sensing his pride, raises an eyebrow and teases him, "Afraid people will gossip?"
