Chapter 32 - Chapter 31

"Is there an Eraser Head?" Kurogiri appeared in real form, looking confused. "According to the teacher's curriculum schedule I got a few days ago, All Might should be here today."

"Surely this group of guys did a good thing the other day?" Aizawa Shouta took a few steps forward, preparing to confront the enemy.

"Where is it?" Shigaraki Tomura suddenly became agitated. "It's rare that I brought so many guys here specially. Even Nomu brought three of them. All Might… a symbol of peace… but not. Present."

"Is he going to show up as long as you kill the group of kids?" Shigaraki Tomura looked at the students in Heroes Class A, while Aizawa Shouta stood in front of them, white bandages fluttering, a sense of solemnity spreading instantly.

What exactly are the professional heroes fighting against, and what they are confronting with, that is… very strong malice.

Looking at the densely packed villains under the steps, Akira's expression grew stern. According to the usual direction, Shigaraki Tomura and Kurogiri came with one Nomu. But something was different this time—two more Nomus had arrived.

Akira carefully observed the new Nomus. One had wings on its back and was slender and thin, while the other had green skin and four arms, almost the same size as the original black Nomu.

But even if there were two more Nomus, Akira wouldn't give up. His current strength might not match the black Nomu, but he was confident that he could hold his ground. Even if he had to face Shigaraki Tomura, he was certain that the other side would be injured too.

"Villains!? Are they stupid?" Kirishima Eijiro said in disbelief. "It's too stupid to sneak into the Heroes School."

"No," Akira said, turning his head to look at Kirishima Eijiro. "They seem to be premeditated. They're not just bold; those five standing still are the leaders. They're very powerful!"

The whole class immediately cast their gazes forward. Sure enough, at the front, led by the guy with a hand on his face, there was a group of Kurogiri erratically floating nearby, along with a huge figure with its brain exposed, and two other similar figures. It was clear these five men were the leaders.

What Akira had said turned out to be true. Aizawa Shouta breathed a little easier. Except for the No. 13 professional heroes, all the others were students.

But there were still variations in strength among the students. The key to this battle rested with them. If they didn't protect themselves, no one else could.

He could resist part of the villains, but it would be impossible to clear everything alone.

In this situation, more powerful students had to share the burden. Akira was undoubtedly the best choice. Along with him, students like Shoto Todoroki, Bakugo Katsuki, Tokoyami Fumikage, and Yaoyorozu Momo could all protect themselves.

As long as they avoided facing the villain leaders head-on, there shouldn't be any major problems, though the sheer number of villains was troubling. Aizawa Shouta was already feeling the weight of it.

"Teacher, where are the sensors that inform of intruders!?" Yaoyorozu Momo stepped forward and asked anxiously.

"Of course, there is." No. 13 replied.

"I don't know if they only show up here or if they've infiltrated the whole school…" Though in danger, Shoto Todoroki remained calm. "Anyway, since the sensor hasn't responded, that means one of them must have a quirk that interferes with this area."

"I picked this isolated space, far from the school building, knowing the class schedule. Although it's ridiculous, they're not stupid. This is an extremely well-planned surprise attack for a specific purpose." Shoto Todoroki's eyes narrowed as they fixed on Shigaraki Tomura. "This guy is definitely the leader."

"On the 13th, start evacuation and try to contact the school," Aizawa Shouta said, walking down the steps. "These villains must have disabled the sensors. It's likely someone with a radio interference quirk."

"Sangming, you should try to contact them with your quirk as well." Aizawa turned to Kaminari Denki.

"Yes." Kaminari Denki didn't hesitate and immediately followed the order.

Midoriya Izuku stepped forward worriedly. "Teacher, are you planning to fight alone? Even if you eliminate their quirks, it won't be enough. Eraser Head's strategy is to neutralize quirks and capture, but in a direct battle…"

"If all you have is one skill, you can't be a hero." Aizawa Shouta said calmly. "I'll leave the rest to you, No. 13."

With that, Aizawa Shouta jumped down the steps and charged towards the villains.

Akira looked at the distance beneath the steps, then pulled out an Ultraman mask from his clothes with his left hand, placing it over his face.

"Mr. Akira?" Ida Tenya was startled. Akira was actually putting on Tiga Ultraman's mask at this moment. What was he planning to do?

Everyone else stared at Akira, confused by his strange behavior. Why wear a second-rate mask like Tiga Ultraman's?

But Akira looked undeniably cool wearing it.

"Are you going to take action?" Shoto Todoroki's eyes narrowed, suspecting Akira's intent.

"Watch and learn," Akira's voice rang out, and with a flash of light in his right hand, a blue spear materialized in a burst of thunder. With a swift motion, he hurled it toward Shigaraki Tomura. "Thunder Spear!"

The thunder spear shot forward, breaking through the air toward Shigaraki Tomura.

This new skill, Thunder Spear, was a result of Akira combining Zeus's abilities. With his increasing control over his quirk, he could manipulate lightning into any form he desired.

It was a super quirk, invincible!

As the Thunder Spear flew, Shigaraki Tomura and Kurogiri reacted. Shigaraki's eyes widened, murmuring, "I didn't expect… UA high school kids have this kind of quirk. It seems this trip was worth it. All Might isn't here, so we'll just kill everyone…"

The rest of the villains noticed the blue light heading for Shigaraki Tomura, but it was too late to react.

Aizawa Shouta chuckled, impressed by the boldness of his students.

"Nomu!" Shigaraki Tomura spoke calmly, almost disinterested, as if not bothered by the incoming attack.

Nomu responded to Shigaraki's command, raising its arms to block the Thunder Spear. The lightning exploded on impact, but the Nomu barely flinched, as if the attack had no effect.

"Sure enough…" Akira thought to himself. He'd known he wasn't yet strong enough to defeat this Nomu. His goal wasn't to defeat Shigaraki Tomura today, but to understand the gap between him and the Nomu.

And now, it was clear—the gap was much bigger than he'd hoped.
