I am without a name. An orphan, someone from zone D, also known as the 4th and last circle of the Fortress and the place for people who are the least important. Most people call me "Healer" because I am the one that tends to the wounds of injured, fourth circle soldiers near the Outer Port of Zone D.
Today is the day I may die at the young age of twenty six. I was foolish to think that I could postpone it forever. I thought that if I would help by treating some of the wounded soldiers, I possibly wouldn't have to work as a SWORD. How delusional I was.
Now here I stand, shivering in front of the The Outer Port of Zone D. This time not as a healer but as a SWORD of a SHIELD, whose name I don't even know..
While I stand in a state of shock, I get approached by a group of three people, two middle aged men and a young girl that looks like she's in her late teens.They introduced themselves as my squad members. The man with the blond hair being my squad leader, sir Garrett, "circle three" and the other two being the Garcia siblings, "circle four". Sir Garrett started talking about our goals and rules for the mission. "We will leave the Outer Port just before 8 PM and should be back before the gates close at midnight and before the monsters start appearing, we don't have much time so you should listen and do what I tell you to do and take what I tell you to take." sir Garrett said while preparing the jeep and equipment we will use during the mission. Sir Garrett also told us that we would not leave the grasslands into the forest because we don't have the equipment nor team to go that far, just right before the wild forest.
And with that the four of us Hopped on the Jeep with our equipment and we left the Fortress..
