When Alanis and Harlow arrived back at the estate, exhaustion clung to them like a heavy cloak. They had barely slept the night before, but duty called, and they returned to Alanis's Villa early in the morning, only to be greeted by the very people they least wanted to see.
They had the audacity to come here after everything.
Elisa and Garth stood waiting, fake smiles plastered on their faces. They had decided to visit Alanis and Harlow this early even if they had barely gotten any sleep themselves. The two women have been up all night devising a plan to save George and Claudia. They were ready to bend the rules for their children no matter what it took.
