When Harlow left the hall, "Harlow." Frank called her from behind. His pride could not let him apologize to his daughter before those people. Unlike Elisa, Frank didn't care about what people thought of him or said about him.
Harlow paused to meet his gaze.
"Come to my office, I need to speak with you," Frank said calmly and turned to leave.
"And do what then, ask your security to lock me up in my room or try to punish me again?" Harlow asked. Frank paused and then turned slowly to look at his daughter
"I want to give you everything I took from you," Frank said calmly. "It's okay if you don't trust my words anymore. Just send your location to me so that I can send everything back to you." He said calmly, but the girl before him was not a fool. She'd rather die than give her father her location ever again.
As for whatever he had to give her, he would collect whatever it was quickly and leave.
