Hours passed, sweat dripped down Fowad's brow, and the sun climbed higher into the sky. Finally, with one last heave, the ore tipped slightly, breaking free from the ground.
"It's out!" Fowad exclaimed, stepping back to admire their hard work.
The black ore shimmered faintly in the sunlight, its energy more intense now that it was fully exposed.
As Fowad prepared to store the ore in his beast space, his Chaos Eye picked up something unusual. Deep within the ore, at its very center, was a smaller object- a core pulsating with concentrated energy.
"What's that?" he muttered, his gaze narrowing.
Using his blade, he carefully chipped away at the ore, his movements precise and deliberate. It took time, but eventually, he reached the core. It was about the size of his fist, glowing faintly with a soft silver light.
"This must be the source of the ore's energy," Fowad said, holding the core up to the light.
