In the morning when the sun started shining through the big window the sunrays lit up the dark room making it alive from its shine but the girl who was sleeping in the bed shifted a little in her sleep when the sunrays fall on her face making her closed eyes squint a little she slowly opened her eyes while blinking softly and shook her head slightly to shake herself off of sleep.
After shaking herself off of sleep she looked towards the window and smiled lightly when she heard the chirping of birds and got up from her bed and started going near the window. When she opened the window a bright smile appeared on her lips when she saw how beautiful the morning was and leans on the window frame while staring outside.

When I saw the morning view, after opening the window, I took a deep breath and kept looking at the view with a peaceful look on my face " What a beautiful morning " I muttered under my breath as i admired the atmosphere it was not too hot nor too cold..just a prefect weather . I placed my elbow on the window frame and puts my chin on my palm while looking at the people on the streets who were dressed neatly and going for their work. After staring outside for good minutes, I decided to take a shower.
I yawned while leaning up from the window frame and straightened my arms with a loud sigh while walking towards my wardrobe lazily and opened the wardrobe throwing towel over my shoulder then walks towards my bathroom.
" Where is Trisha ? " I thought about my bestfriend while walking in the bathroom and closes the door behind me as I put the towel on the bathroom counter and then took off my clothes placing it in the laundry basket.
After I put my clothes in the laundry basket, I stepped inside the shower stall still wondering where my bestfriend is because I haven't heard her yelling in the morning to wake me up. After thinking for a while I shook my head and turned the shower on, putting my thoughts aside and starts to shower peacefully while humming a song.

After coming back from the market, I
placed the polythene of the fruits on the table and looked at the hanging clock to see the time and sighs softly after seeing the time.
" 9:00 am " I muttered softly as I tear my gaze away from the clock and look towards the door of her ( best friend ) room " Idiot wake up its already 9:00 am ...how long are you gonna sleep now " I shouted while standing near the dinning table and takes out fruits from the polythene and places them in the bowl and went towards the kitchen filling bowl with salt water and starts to clean apples.

A loud voice startled me due to which I dropped the apple from my hand and it fell back into the bowl.I released a annoyed sigh and turns around with my hands placed on my waist and shots a glare at my bestfriend who was standing near the dinning table wearing black pant and white shirt with her wet hair resting on the shoulders.
" You startled me idiot " I said in an annoyed tone while rolling my eyes as my best friend cheekily smiled at me and raised her hands in defence " I am sorry I didn't mean to startled you " Uma said with a light chuckle as she sat down on the chair comfortably. I rolled my eyes and turns back again to clean the apples. " Anyways you going somewhere? " I asked her while cutting apples after cleaning them .
She hummed in response as I walked back towards the dinning table while holding a plate " Yea I am going to the cafe " She said casually as I raised my eye brow, placing down plate on the table infront of her as she took a apple slice from the plate and ate it .
" Per kel to tunai kaha tha ki aaj cafe nahi jaaigi...( But u said that u would not go to the cafe today ) " I said raising my eyebrow in curiosity, sitting down on the chair across the table while maintaining eye contact with her.
She just shrugged lazy while picking up apple slice from the plate and plopping it in her mouth " Haan per ghar baith kai bhi kya karungi...( yea, but what will I do sitting at home ? That's why I am going " She said, her voice slightly muffled while munching on the apples .
I hummed in response, while keeping my eyes on her as she stood up from the chair and takes her bag from the table, giving me a short wave, before walking away hurriedly without hearing me out .
I rolled my eyes with a sigh and stood up from the chair, picking up the empty plate from the table " Why was she in such hurry ?" I muttered under my breath, feeling confused for a moment before shaking my head and goes to the kitchen, placing down empty plate in the sink .
After walking out of the kitchen, I picked up the TV remote and plops down on the couch comfortably, turning on the TV with my arms stretched, resting on the back of the couch. As I silently watched the news on the TV my gaze drifted towards the calender that was hanged beside the TV on the wall, narrowing my eyes I quickly realized that today was her turn to clean the apartment.
" That brat " I said with a annoyed tone with a loud sigh, throwing my head back as I picked up my phone from the couch and calls her immediately, damn this girl really got nerves to escape the house chores seriously, I need to scold the shit out of her. After four rings she finally picked up the call and was about to say something but I cut her off " You brat, you seriously went to the cafe just to escape the house chores!? U better come back or else my flying chappel will meet your face " I said in a stern tone with a annoyed look, waiting for her reply .

I closed my eyes as a soft hissed left my lips as soon as I picked up the call, damn why did I picked up the call when I knew she gonna scold me, I sighed as she continue to throw curses at me, making me pull my phone away from my ear to avoid her loud voice to protect my ear " Dammit chill " I hissed softly at her, placing my phone back over my ear. She really act like my mom, always screaming at me for escaping house chores but it's not my fault, I was not in a mood to do any work.
" I will prepare your favorite dinner tonight " I said in a soft cheerful tone, hoping it will calm her down or make her happy but instead of getting happy she threw more curses at me like my mom, making me click my tongue and quickly cut the call not wanting to hear more of her curses .
" Kamal hai koi izzat hi nahi karta mera..( It's amazing no one respects me ) " I thought in disbelief, pouting slightly with a light head shake. As I entered my office and settles my bag on the table, before settling myself on the seat comfortably.
After making myself comfortable, I took out some of the files from the drawers and wears my specs, studying the files with a impressed look seeing how much profit we are making " Hmm might add some more things in the menu " I muttered under my breath as I pulled out my laptop from my bag and checks the rating of my cafe in the internet when a knock caught my attention.
" come in " I shouted without looking away from my laptop as one of my worker entered the office, holding a cup of hot chocolate.
" Good morning boss " She greeted me with a smile, placing down the cup on the table as I turned my gaze away from the laptop and looks at her, returning the smile and takes the cup " morning to you too " I said in a soft tone as I sipped on my hot chocolate, letting out a satisfaction hum as soon as I tasted it.
" Boss I am here to inform u that today we don't have many workers because u said that today is a holiday so most of the workers are on leave " She said in a polite tone as I hummed in response with a short nod and leans back on the seat " I knew it, I mean what did I even expected it " I thought letting out a soft groan before glancing at her " Ok.. you may leave now " I said with a slight smile as she gave a nod then leaves the office, making me close my eyes .
" Zindagi mai bhi dukh hi dukh hai..( Life js full of sorrow and....sorrow ) " I mumbled while pinching the bridge of my nose before getting up from the seat and heads towards the changing room . I can't let my workers work alone because of my foolishness .
After changing into dark grey pants and a white tshirt in which my café name was engraved at the back. I looked at the mirror, checking myself out for a moment then leaves the changing room . Not even a second I turned into statue as soon as I stepped inside the mess hall, full of peoples " I already hate this " I thought while swallowing thicky in nervousness as my eyes glazed over the crowd for a moment then sighs. Even if I am the owner of the cafe, I never encountered this type of situation...but here I am .
While I was deep in thought my worker tapped on my shoulder gently making me snap out of my thoughts and turns my head to look at her . She gave me a " You can do it " look making me smile and nod . With a deep breathe I wrapped a apron around my waist and snaps my knuckles getting ready to do my work properly.
I took the pen and a guest check pad in my hand, before walking towards the elderly couples who just arrived in the cafe with a smile on my face I greeted them with a gentle personality and took their orders while interacting with them happily. Guess it's not that bad, I just needed some confidence.
The more I took orders the more I am leaving my shy and nervous personality as I start to get more confident while interacting with my customers happily and freely . While I was writing down orders on my guest check pad, I heard the bell jingles when the door opened making me turn my gaze towards the door, seeing three tall and quite muscular mens but my attention drifted towards the middle man .
